The rest of the group even excluded him from their Reindeer Games believing that, as a rookie, he wouldn't be able to pull his own weight on the team.

Having been teased by all the other Lossen, Rudolph is very unsure of himself and hesitant towards others. He often doubts himself and his abilities.
