If you have permission you may change warrior to medicine cat. However, you need a current medicine cat of your clan to be willing to take you on.
A bit on Naming: Names in Forest of Secrets are based off the books, If you havent read the books its really kind of fun. Names are two parts. The first part is the name each cat has their whole life. The second part of the name changes depending on stage of life. So for example, A little kit just born would be named, WillowKit, Willow being the first part and Kit being the second. When that kit grows to apprentice then the name will change to become WillowPaw. Then as a warrior comes the fun part. The second part can be anything. If you need a suggestion check out the Great list of Warrior names! So our little WillowPaw then becomes WillowStripe or WillowFang.

The only other time your cat's name will change is if your cat becomes a leader, they will then take on the second name of Star. This being the case Star is a restricted Second name.
