((Just for the record, I will type "her" referring to Andelor, even though she doesn't have a gender. It's just a habit. razz ))
Andelor looked over her expansive lands from the top of her study tower. Zaa'halorn had never looked so beautiful than it did in this very moment. The warm breeze fluttered into the room, filling the air with a sweet smell and rippling through Andelor's wings. Andelor became lost in thought, so lost she didn't hear her Sec'roh come in. "Good afternoon, Primus. Are you busy?" Andelor took one last deep breath of the fresh air before turning to the Sec'roh. "No, Sec'roh Tae'lange, what do you need?" Andelor replied. Sec'roh Tae'lange was a very old friend of Andelor's. He had been her faithful teacher and guide as well as her right-hand councilman. Tae'lange held a special place in her heart. Tae'lange stood with poise as he said, "There is an issue in the Centris. A despoiled ambassador and a human Councilwoman have began a rather boisterous argument. The other Councilmen and myself have not been able to quell the anger and it seems to be getting closer to violence. Your action is needed, Primus." Andelor held in her sigh. She was still fairly new to ruling Zaa'halorn, and already the fighting between the despoiled and the humans was irritating. "Thank you, Tae'lange," Andelor said as she flew from her tower window.
When Andelor got to the Centris, she could see the large crowd forming around the two offenders. Disruptions between the races were strictly forbidden in the Centris, as this was supposed to be an Elysium, a place of peace. They were breaking a high law. Andelor landed before the two people, shaking the ground as she landed. She gave them an intense look that bared her frustration with their pettiness and defiance. "Fighting in the Centris is high crime and will not be tolerated," The moment Andelor spoke, the human looked to her with fear but the despoiled looked uncaring, "Councilwoman, please remove yourself from the Centris. You are benched from High Council for seven sun passes." The Councilwoman looked upset, but unwilling to protest. A Zephryne guard approached to escort her out of the Centris. Andelor looked to the despoiled. "Ambassedor, I do not think it wise to make enemies among your fellow Council. I think it's best if you take some time away from Centris; your punishment is the same. If we need any council with the despoiled, I will call upon your Ambassedor Omus." Another Zephryne guard appeared from the crowd to escort the despoiled out. He guarded the man more closely, for the sake of the despoiled's safety. Without further action, Andelor flew into the sky and decided to do a little wandering around her world.

As Andelor flew over her lands, she began to see the deep desert horizon. It would still be a little longer before she would reach the deserts.
Noz'rym huffed in anger, upset that once again the humans are favored and the despoiled are crushed further. Some hours had passed since the incident in the Centris, but he still felt the same amount of rage. He struggled to keep walking, the hunch in his back was starting to ache and his twisted leg was making the walking even harder, not to mention his twisted cane was splintering, digging into the palm of his rheumatic hand. Noz'rym was approaching the desert line soon, it wouldn't be much longer before he would reach Raz'ked, the only large city in the deserts. The Elders would not be pleased to hear that he was banished for seven sun passes by the Primus.
Some time had passed and Noz'rym was almost home. The sun was setting in the South, he hoped he could make it home before the sun fell completely. He continued to look to the distances when he suddenly saw two travelers. 'That's odd, that isn't a trail to any of our villages...' He decided to approach the travelers, despite his instincts, though he approached cautiously.
