Please see the News Thread above this one, clearly marked 'Breeding Update 12/31.' As of that date, blanket permission no longer applies, and only couples who had been posted in December's thread maintain the permission given under the blanket, to allow them an extra last chance to breed.

No new couples are being or will be given permission; I had originally planned to surrender the lines at the end of December, after two months' notice of that intention was given. The extra month is not for more last-minute couples, but to give those who were already planned and trying a little extra time.

Permissions will reopen next month, once the lines have been surrendered.
