[PRP] Unexpected faces (Eris & Juan)

He had snuck out of his den again, avoiding the rather bossy and grumpy old healer who had been taking care of his wound since the accident in the tunnel. He simply couldn't just sit in his den all day, it was driving him mad. He had tried to see Nahasi, but the King was in a meeting with the Council and since Juan was supposed to be on medical leave he did not think turning up at a meeting was really advisable. So instead, he had taken to wandering the caves, using less well known tunnels as he meandered around, stretching his legs and trying to keep up some kind of fitness. Enforced den-rest really had screwed up his usual routines.

Eris wasn't sure how long it was after her "talk" with Bedeinka that she wanted to break a few rules, but breaking out on her own for a stroll seemed like a good place to start. So far, she hadn't left the females' den simply because she never had anywhere better to go, but now...she needed some air.

At this point in her walk she wasn't sure where she was, only that there weren't any males watching her anymore. The few times she'd been stopped all she had to do was say she was running errands, and looked thrilled to be doing so. Of course, that had been when she wasn't the only person in the tunnel.

Then she saw him. A leoaprd, too be sure, and as she approached, she couldn't help, but too wander if he was the one Nahasi had spoken about. The one that Bedeinka so highly disapproved of.

Feeling rather like a cub sneaking about without its parent's permission, the muscular grey leopard was walking carefully through the caves, though that probably had more to do with the soreness of his hind quarters than any real sensation that he was being watched over. Rounding a corner he caught a flash of rainbow up ahead and lifted his gaze, pale eyes picking out the lioness instantly despite the permanent level of gloom that pervaded the tunnels of the Mazunguko. Making a mental note to increase the number of fireflies living in this particular part of the cave complex, he stopped where he was and let her draw closer.

If he was an errant cub who was not supposed to out an about then she was an escapee for she certainly wasn't meant to be wandering around, since all females were confined to very specific parts of the pride. Ad this tunnel was not included in that limited scope. Yet Juan had been a rogue once, before joining the agoraphobic Mazunguko and did not blindly follow some of the more obscure rules of the pride. So it was a polite if detached expression that met the female once she reached where the Guard was standing.

"Greetings Ma'am." He rumbled, his low, sensual voice polite if a little distant.
