Body:A Medium shade of blue (the same as the Text) Smooth Fetlocks
Eyes: A darker shade of blue, and determined (Text Color Ref!)
Hair: Same as the eyes. Mid length tail slightly unkempt, and short but messy hair (like he rolled out of bed and didn't comb it)

I was also toying with the idea of changing it to a ball of plasma, but I'm not sure how 'advanced' the Phonies are.

Brief Character Description razz ixel Blast is a rather introverted little phony. He prefers being down in his workshop, making some new gadget or gizmo rather then being out in public with the other ponies. One of his deepest desires that only a few of his close friends know his his extreme desire to somehow obtain a pair of Pegasus wings for his own. Most of his effort goes into creating a pair of wings for himself, and often enough his experiments end in disaster for the little phony. However he is determined that through hard work he will somehow find a way into the sky.

Oh one thing, my eyes don't really pick up on differences in hues and darkenss so if you want to edit the pony to be a bit more colorful please do so. XD I can't see a damned thing

I reccommend the gears instead of the plasma ball.
