How should i ground?

seems like i badly need to ground i guess. and i only grounded once before so im wodnering what are some other ways to ground.

This is how I ground, and how I teach grounding to my students. You can leave out the Sky half of the grounding at first, if it is problematic, and simply draw upon the Earth power.

I always struggled with the tree imagery (though I am better at it now). But I was at the beach one day, standing in the surf watching my son and cousins play in the water, and as each wave rushed in and out, it sucked my feet down into the sand. When I closed my eyes, in the bright sun, I could feel it soaking down into me and filling me up. This is one of the ways I ground now, remembering that experience, of being anchored in the sand and open to the sun.
