I threw together a Kyosuke from Hibiki just now out of boredom.
I know some of the colors are off and he had 4 horns ( I didnt like how tri-demon horns looked) but I've ever seen him cosplayed before so yeah.

I would love to have a Kamen Rider made! His name is Kamen Rider Druid and he's basically a cross between Wizard and White Wizard. In the most basic sense he has everything White Wizard has, only his hood is smooth instead of having those creases on the sides of the hood. And his face plate is like Wizard Flame Style, only green. Oh yeah, his coloring is black and green. I know you said nothing too complicated. But this isn't that complicated, just long winded so you know what to do. ^_^'

I'm not trying to speak for anyone but you might be waiting forever for that OP to ever reply to you. Haven't seen him in years.

For what it's worth I'd say go to the Avatar Builder and make your character on your own. Guaranteed originality at least.

No offense to the OP, I'm sure he's really creative and all but yeah.
