Yokai Academy: The New Class (O/A)

Six years have passed since the first crisis of the academy (A.K.A the first thread) and peace was seemingly restored. The evil cultists were eliminated and their plans foiled. Some of the students who were there and survived stayed on as teachers or other positions. New classes of students have entered and life goes on. However not everything is perfect. Increased tensions with humans is increasing and may pose a potential thread and threats yet unknown lurk beneath the surface.

General info:

Humans and fantasy creatures exist side by side. The academy was made to foster partnership between the races and help them master their talents and get along. Any new students may have heard rumors of the cult etc. starting off but not sure exactly what happened. New people are perfectly welcome and pretty much encouraged.

He left after his people's refusal to accept his b*****d nature and assassination attempts to prevent him from eventually taking his father's place. He later discovered his father was behind a cultist plot on campus and eliminated him and succeded the throne. Though very few know he is the current vampire nation ruler.

Monster Backround: Anne is half vampire and half rathe. A vampire feeds off blood. A rathe is some what like a vampire. They have nails that can grow on their right hand, each killing in a symbolic way. A rathe also feed on blood.
Appearence:
History: At a young age Anne lost her family to a rathe attack. She was then turned into a rathe and was overcome with the blood lust. One night, a vampire by the name of Jeremy took pitty on her and turned her into a half vampire and half rathe. Jeremy died shortly after and so Anne hid herself away from the outside world. Until she went to Yokai.

History: Maharet is one of the oldest vampires on the earth. She is very secretive. Long ago she was intrusted to keep a secret and to help full fill a prphecy, she has only done half of that job.

History: Shasa and Calder have heard so much about Yokai Academy from how their parents met and fell in love, that they want to attend it--and get a little impatient, so they use their power of illusion to make their parents think that they are going to an elementary border school and truly act as though they want to go--all while the illusion on the papers for them to sign is for them to go to Yokai Academy as high schoolers. Also if they attended a regular school their academics alone would allow them to graduate high school and attend college--but their parents wanted to let their kids be kids for a bit longer. They then give off their illusion as they head to the gate of the school that they are 16 year old waterdemon/vampire spawns...This will be one eventful year--if they don't get discovered.

Monster Backround: Mizu has been around for a long time, and is powerful enough in water magic that she could move the ocean if needed--though she prefers to be modest in her usage of water moving powers.
Appearence:
History: She had been cursed a long time ago, where she would be able to give birth but her child would not live longer than the age of two. With the help of a human mother, their children were fused and created MiLynn, who had gone to Yokai Academy and fallen in love and then shortly after the big cultist battle, gave birth to twins. Mizu was estatic that she had become a grandmother, and kept a watchful yet distant eye on the twins. Finding out that they planned to sneak in pretending to be high schoolers she decided that she should keep an eye on them since they were able to fool their mother--but as an ancient water demon who specializes in illusions, she transformed herself to look slightly younger and also more human.. In the begining she had no idea, her old rival and long time friend, Maharet, was employed at the school.
Occupation: Instructor and Swim team coach.

History: The youngest daughter of the King of Hell. She is not considered royalty becuase she is an illegitimate child. However, since she is her father's favourite, her many siblings are aiming to kill her in fear that she'll succeed their father. She came to Yokai in an atempt to hide from her siblings. Becuse demons age very slowly she still has the body of a human seven year old, so the changes her form to fit in better.

Special Talents: Can control lesser demons, power to create contracts with any living being, mind control via seduction and illusions.

Monster Backround: Genies have been known in the past for being summoned out of lamps or genie bottles to grant wishes, and were bound to their lamps unless ownership was replaced. Well...that much hasn't changed but they get to do new dances now ^_^.
Appearence:
History: Seperated from her family due to a sinister demon, Linsey wound up in Yokai Academy a few years later and soon after reunited with her older sister, Kaya, who knew that the demon was back to haunt them. To save a friend who was captured by demon, both she and Kaya went through a traditional binding marriage ceremony, which was the only hope to rescue the friend. During the next six years, Linsey's life had, more or less, changed.

Type of Monster: "Mother Maria"/ Bloody Puppeteer/ Spirit Summoner, but her main is apparently a Fortune teller/Future Reader
Monster Backround: "Mother Maria" isn't really a name for a monster, rather, it was believed that she created Devils, Angels, and Gods/Goddesses. Therefore, she can create new beings that can belong to either Heaven or Hell. This is considered very dangerous for her creations can be of a Heavenly power, or a Demonic power, making the power of balance to be unbalanced. Luckily, she has not awoken that power yet, and has been suppressed of it with powerful prayers that have been put into many the items that she wears. Her powers were also made to lie asleep within her.
Bloody Puppeteer- a Western Monster that can control other monsters and demons while sacrificing their own blood. They can make them do any of their bidding for a certain amount of blood. But they also have to draw signals onto their own body with their own blood in order to control other monsters. While doing that, they must chant certain incantations in ancient languages.
Spirit summoner- A Japanese monster who can summon spirits, or Shiki, of the dead by their side. They sacrifice their blood and do a certain ritual in order to do so. Depending on their chantings, they can summon certain types of spirits. Each spirit able to do certain things that their summoner wants to do. Such as cursing someone, Possessing someone, Increasing their luck, Having them avoid "accidents", and etc....

History: Sakura comes from a long line of noble and powerful monsters. But it is a mystery as to why she is so different to all of her ancestors. Her main family, which is the original lineage of blood so is therefore the Head family, is composed of PURE-BLOODED VAMPIRES. And the rest of her family is mainly composed of Vampires, Werewolves, Kitsunes (fire), Bakus (Dream Eaters), and other powerful monsters. So the question of how she didn't come out as a Pure-blooded vampire, or any other of the powerful monsters of her family is a mystery. Actually, The biggest mystery is, why is she a monster that needs to sacrifice blood? Never before in the history of the Sada family, has there ever been a monster born into the family to have to sacrifice blood. Also, according to her other family members that have dog noses, she doesn't even smell like any sort of monster born into the family. Therefore, with this she had been isolated from her whole entire family, and was only expected to achieve their family's Ideals, especially since she had photographic memory. From the time of when she was born, to age 6, no one in her family had showed any sign of affection to her other than her twin sister Miaka. During that time, she only read books she found underneath her home. Then she found an interesting book of ancient languages and rituals, that was when she showed signs of unusual powers/gifts. One day, she suddenly summoned a spirit after reading a book on rituals. She and Miaka were alone at their house hold, and Sakura had tested doing a ritual. She drew out a basic "ritual diagram" on the floor with her blood, and began chanting the ritual in Japanese. That was when everyone in her family had come home suddenly, smelt the blood, ran to the room, and saw a spirit of the dead in front of their eyes, and actually possess one of them. They found out that Sakura could see and communicate with spirits of the dead, and even summon them. That was when Sakura suddenly got a bit more respect from the family. A year later, they brought her out in front of other families they were connected to, so they could show them her special talent. But Sakura had accidentally made a mistake. Someone had surprised her when she was cutting her hand, so she accidentally made the cut too deep. Then, when she was about to draw the "diagram" on the floor, the family had stopped her, saying she was not allowed to do that in there house hold. Her own family was trying to reason with them, and that took a lot of time. And during that time, her blood had continuously dripped. She then remembered a book on drawing of "ritual signals" onto the body while chanting in ancient languages and said she didn't need to draw it on the floor. So she drew the signals on parts of her body, and as she did so she began chanting. As she was about to finish, she suddenly remembered another child the same age as her, who had made fun of Miaka and said things rudely. Suddenly, right when she had finished, her body and mind began to do things on their own, and was actually controlling that other child. That was when everyone had found out that she also had the ability to control other monsters, which is a fearsome ability, and which made more people respecting her. The following year, she was in the middle of her twin sister, Miaka, and another powerful monster and head of a powerful family called "Yokaishi" in a fight. Miaka had come close to death, but in Sakura's mind, the Head of the Yokaishi, had killed her twin sister, and therefore Sakura had suddenly created Several unknown creatures that were terrifying. When she came to, she remembered everything she had done, and remembered that she had murdered someone. More and more families had truly feared her powers, and her own family had feared her, and suddenly, everyone wished to avoid her, not just because of that incident, but because of all her abilities. She found her own abilities quite fearsome, and had learned that other personalities were created so she performed countless rituals on herself that had lasted for a whole year. By the time she was 10, she had finished all of her rituals, which allowed her to change her monster forms for each or her "Demons", and sealed all of them inside her, suppressing them with certain accessories or "items" that she placed upon herself. (Spirit summoner, "Shiki", suppressed with a black glove on her left hand, Bloody Puppeteer, "Chiketsu", suppressed with ear cuffs and earrings on her right ear. Mother Maria, "Maria", suppressed my a necklace, 2 rings, and sealed in her right eye. Most of their powers are sealed in a tattoo-like form also) She also performed a ritual of which she would not be able to speak any human/monster language, but allowed herself to communicate with spirits and her "other-selves". Therefore, she communicates in writing. But that doesn't mean that Her other forms will not come out, If one of the seals were to come off, then depending on that seal, one of them will come out and take over the body. And Sakura could not make it so that they can not communicate... Sakura can still perform small rituals, but they can't summon or control anything. And because she had sacrificed so much blood in the past, she is anemic and has low-blood pressure. But other than that, she is equal to a human if she doesn't do anything.
Occupation: Yokai-Hime (Translates to Monster Princess) but not in literal terms (Meaning she works as to Fortune tell those in need and predict a person's fate)/ Executioner (She punishes students by performing a ritual on them and taking away their powers, or just punishes them in her own way by "Playing"-Beating them up- with them...)
Special Talents: All sorts of Martial arts, Rituals, Photographic memory, Violin, and Piano. (She came from a rich family, so she can do more, but those are things she takes pride in...))

Type of Monster: Pure-Blooded Vampire
Monster Backround: A pure-blooded vampire is a vampire that has more stronger powers and has a family line that consists of just pure vampires. Depending on the person, they can either be a day walker or they would burn in the sun. In Miaka's case she's a day walker. This states that she is quite powerful. Natural pure-bloods have super speed, and super strength. Like bats, they have sensitive hearing and sonar. They can detect other monster's presences, which comes in handy when in battle. They can also seduce others very easily to drink their blood. But, they have a downer also, they have their own preference in blood, and tend to stick to one or 2 persons as partners to drink from. They also must drink blood in order to do all of their amazing abilities....

History: Came from a noble and powerful family line of monsters. She comes from the main family that is just a line of vampire. Her other family members just consists of other strong monsters. She has a twin sister that is amazingly powerful, but isn't exactly normal. One day, when they were about 6, Sakura had wanted to test our something she had found interesting. But in the process, she had cut her hand to draw the ritual out in blood. As a vampire, that was very tempting and irresistible. Especially since Sakura's blood is very rich and overwhelming because of her monster background. This, in a way, was somewhat good for Miaka, since she was able to experience what it felt like to be "Thirsty". This process happened several more times as they grew up. When they were around 9 years old, Miaka had gotten into a fight with a powerful figure, and came near death because of them. When she had come to, Sakura looked so miserable, locked herself up in a room, and never came out again for a whole year. When they both had just turned 10, Miaka finally opened the door forcefully to see what Sakura was doing. The room was filled with the scent of Sakura's blood, and she had been performing strong rituals for the whole entire year. Sakura had collapsed after completing what she wanted, and Miaka was trying her best to fight her blood thirsty rage. After Sakura had regained conscious, Miaka had already begun her night hunts to relieve herself of the stress she was going through. And that was also when she found out her sexuality. Miaka was despaired when she found that Sakura could no longer communicate with her, but also thought that, she would no longer smell her sister's blood. But, she ended up smelling it again a year later. Sakura had wanted to try to perform a ritual without chanting when they were 11. She succeeded, but had collapsed. This time, Miaka could not fight her urge to drink as well as before, so, when Sakura was regaining conscious, Miaka had bit her sister's neck, and began drinking her blood. That was the first time she had done that, and she enjoyed it. She enjoyed it even more when Sakura had spoke though very little. When Miaka had caught herself, she felt so horrible, she wanted to die. But that was also the time when Sakura said she didn't mind and that Miaka could drink her blood every now and then, but in emergencies.... Miaka is somewhat active and laid back. A lot of girls admire her for her boyish personality, and because of her background. Miaka is also a "Player" and what's more is that she is HOMOSEXUAL. She seduces girls and then... well... does things that are not meant to be said. She also has a very big sister complex.

Monster Background: An ancient vampire who’s not afraid to use her powers to get what she wants. She is very charismatic---only because she knows how to use her power of glamour all to well. Also very manipulative.
Appearance:
History: She’s not royal. She’s far beyond royal--her parents assassinated one of the most royal and powerful vampire nests in the world. Tylisa comes from a very long line of assassins. Assassins vampires and assassin humans are different--the vamps use their powers to manipulate other vamps and creatures to carry out plans of chaos and destruction, and if things get way out of hand, that’s where the killing comes. But Tylisa is different-after centuries of trying to pull off a plan of world domination with her nest, she wants to turn over a whole new leaf--which is where Yokai Academy comes in.
Occupation: High Administration Board (her word is very powerful and very much respected), Disciplinarian Official (she disciplines any students and faculty that she thinks needs it), and she has some felonies against her that Fenix is very understanding to look past.
Special Talents: Very strong and powerful-her powers and strengths are stronger than 50 vamps put together. She can control herself very well, and is modest about it.

Name: Maya Masseeve
Age: 8 centuries (Looks about 15 years old)

Type of Monster: She is a vampire.
Monster Background:Maya Masseeve is apart of Tylisa Masseeve’s nest she is a type of vampire who always get what she wants and when she wants it. She can be such a BRAT at times so that’s why she was sent to live with her aunt Tylisa and attend the academy.
Appearence: 

History: Maya has been living with her aunt for about 7 decades she loves living with her aunt and never wants to go back and live with her nest. She is not one to assassinate so that’s another reason why she is living with her aunt. Tylisa Maya’s aunt is changing her ways and is not assassinating anymore. Maya is truing to follow in her aunts footsteps because before Maya was sent to live with her aunt she was made to assassin and she truly never liked or wanted to do it.

Monster Backround: A Human who transformed into a demon
Appearence:
History: Tomha was at one point a human who tried to take over the world with magic artifacts with his legendary Hero. However during his adventures he bathed in the blood of over ten-thousand demons and slowly became one himself. He eventually abandoned his quest and left his dimension to come to a new one. His magic artifacts however were left behind. He's known for saying 'Epic' commonly and believes he can beat anyone by Charming his victims to fight for him.
Occupation: student (Although most people ask just where he came from since he apparantly popped out of thin air.)
Special Talents: Expert on Charm spells and healing. Mostly a beginner in all other forms of magic.

Monster Backround: As most "monsters" are, she was created. Technically, she isn't a monster, but she isn't human either, so she does feel out of place at times when trying to figure ot where "robot" falls into place at this school.
Appearence:

History: Rin had been created by a lonely scientist whom, when he saw her "alive" for the first time, fell instantly in love with her. Unfortunately, she had no emotions like humans do, so she was unable to have any feelings towards him and was mostly just an empty shell with a digital voice and cold manor. To fix this, the scientist spent years working on Rin, trying to perfect her and give her emotions so that he could teach her what it truely felt like to be alive. Then, one day, "his coughing turned red" and he walked outside towards the cherry tree near his home, never having been seen again since. As time went by, Rin started to notice she didn't feel quite right and decided to investigate this new feeling. Upon doing her evaluation, she discovered she was starting to form some emotions fom the testing the scientist had run on her, and it was loneliness that she had gained first. She went to his computer and found a file there and decided to open it. The second she did, she suddenly began crying uncontrollably and felt a great weight on her chest. Since then, she's had the "missing heart" that the scientist had been working so hard on. She soon learned he had died under the tree and decided that the only way she could live on like he had wanted her to was to move on and go any where else in the world. Some how, she wound up here.

Special Talents: Stong, fast, can "fly" (rockets in her boots), easily translates other languages, can look up information online, and is very fond of sing/ dancing/ entertaining any one she meets since that's what used to make her creator happiest when they had been together.

Monster Backround: The Dahaka is a servant of time, and the guardian of destiny. Should there be anybody who thinks they can outrun their fate, then the Dahaka hunts them down to the ends of the earth, making sure that their destiny is fufilled.
Appearence: Human form
The Dahaka
History: Ever since the dawn of mankind, humans have always tried to shape their destiny in their own views. However, humanity was a story, and everyone had a role to fufill if they were to be considered a true species worthy of intelligence. So, the Dahaka was created to keep everyone in line and have their destinies fufilled. However, their was a man that recently eluded the sight of the Dahaka by unknown reasons. Because of this, the Dahaka has made this man his only priority, to try and find the man who changed his destiny and punish him. In order to do this, he needed to find a place that had the knowledge of artifacts that could do such a thing. And the academy archives is the first place he is to look.
Occupation: He's going there as a student until he finds the information he needs.
Special Talents: In order to survive until the end of time, he is immune to magic, and can only be killed by an ancient ritual, the secrets of which are heavily guarded. He has superior strength, speed, and regeneration, and can control shadows as if they were physical objects.

Name: Yume Yokaishi
Age: Seems 15.... But her age is completely a Mystery

Type of Monster: Baku
Monster Backround: Baku's are supernatural beings that devour dreams and nightmares. Baku are generally benign creatures who aid human beings by eating nightmares or the evil spirits that cause such dreams. Sometimes they do this unbidden, but other legends require a nightmare sufferer to awaken and call upon a baku to eat his dreams. According to some beliefs, baku can change eaten dreams to good luck. They tend to have a specific taste for a dream, some try to make a dream worse or better, depending on their taste, just so it can taste better.
Appearence: Regular

Baku Form
History: Yume was born into a powerful family of monsters that are widely respected by others. Though, she did not enjoy it. It made her feel very isolated and trapped. If she were to just show herself in front of other monsters that learned of her family background, they would bow very politely and then run away. From her personality, she is very modest, Polite, Elegant, kind, gentle, Innocent, A pacifist, and Motherly yet childish. Therefore, she had a hard time dealing with this. The only thing that ever got her angry though, was her grandfather, the head of the family. He had a strong sense of Pride and made excuses like, It's for the family and strongly believed that he was fit for ruling monsters. On the other hand, she had a strong attacthment towards a girl name Sakura Sada. Mainly because Sakura was the first person to talk to her as an equal, relate to her, and had no care for her powers. Taking a look at Yume, you would think that she wouldn't like gruesome nightmares, and would prefer "Sweet" Dreams. But apparently, not, it's the exact opposite actually. She just absolutely loves eating gruesome and violent nightmares. But, because of her modesty, she can settle for just about any dream. She mainly eat's Sakura's dreams because Sakura just doesn't care for her dreams, and because she tends to have horrible nightmares without knowing. Unlike any other Baku, Yume can take a person's dream and give it to another person, she can also keep hold of many dreams to save it for later, She can eat the dreams of Monsters not just humans, She can take other people into a dream with her, and she can also take it directly from a person without entering their dream. This makes her a very powerful Baku. Though, her age is a mystery, it is known that she is the youngest of the Yokaishi family. She also is a complete traditional Japanese cultural, therefore you will always see her in a kimono and/or drinking Tea... When she is about to enter a dream, she closes her japanese umbrella with bells on it, and says "Sleep now, Leave this world Behind..." and the person goes to sleep. When she takes out a dream from within, it enters the bells attatched onto her umbrella. From Outside, she has to take the dream from the Mouth. She does not have to be in her Monster form to do so.
Occupation: School Psychologist/Therapist, School Secretary/Representive (Though is not known by students at all and is highly respected), Acts as a Student
Special Talents: Breaking/Seeing through Illusions, Making Illusions, Putting others to Sleep, Sleeping herself, Math, Computers, Speeches, Seducing, Flower arangement, Japanese Dancing, and.... Tea ceremonies....

She is the first in line to succeed the throne. She is trapped in an iron birdcage which prevents her from using any of her powers. Though while she is asleep she has been able to send vague messages to her sister..trying to tell her of her whereabouts.

History: When her little sister went missing, she searched the ends of the earth for her, and it led her to escaping from a sinister demon, to the underwear drawer of James (also known in his dragon form as Marco) in the school grounds of Yokai Academy, which when she was finally discovered, was quickly reunited with her little sister. Due to the sinister demon's curse Kaya was stuck in a childish act whenever she was near her sister. To save one of Linsey's friends and now her own friend as well, she married James, her master, though she had recently just met him it was obvious they were meant for eachother.. The wedding ritual not only saved her friend, it also cured her of her curse from the childish act. Four years later, she gave birth to a daughter whom she named Finsey after Fenix & her little sister, Linsey. She has now become more or less the grounds keeper and sometimes will help Linsey in the infermary, though whenever Finsey sneezes, Kaya panicks (since she has never really been around kids and this is her first child) and always calls her medically trained little sister as if the world were about to end..
At this moment in time, her husband, James has been missing for about seven months.. She knows he is alive due to her connection, but that is it. She hopes he will return to them within 3 months..

History: Clumsy since the day she was born, Twila has been the subject of constant ridicule by humans. She's been alone, unable to make relationships on account of being so shy. By werewolf standards, she is far too small to useful, and is cast out of her pack. She longs for friends, but has been hurt too many times in the past to socialize easily.

Special Talents: Has excellent senses of sound, sight, and smell. Is very fast and agile.

Name: Selene (Human name. She doesn't ever reveal her true name, as that is the phrase needed to unlock her true form)

Type of Monster: Demon
Monster Backround: She is a "True" demon from the Demon Plane, which is a different dimension, similar to earth but one that is corrupt and evil. The demons in this realm all have a specific magic or element they are skilled at, and are placed in certain areas of the world because of their particular traits. Selene was a demon that specialized in warping time and space, which was the rarest form.
History: She was different the vast majority of the beings in that world, being a kind and thoughtful being. She had been changed from her original demon personality by "cursed" water, which gave her human traits. She no longer felt the need to fight or kill, and treated everyon e with respect, which in turn caused all she met to instantly reject her. As she had changed so dramatically, her parents decided it was not safe for her to remain there, for both her and their sakes. They decided to use their combined forces to project her to the human realm, where the demons would not be able to find her, unless they used the same form of magic. They did try, however, when they found out, and they slaughtered her parents, after she had narrowly escaped to the human world. The Demon Lords tried to enlist another Space Manipulator to get her back, but all refused them. There were only five known TIme/Space Manpulation familes, and all were disinclined to use their powers to go after a single girl, especially one of their own skill trait. In the human world, she found her way to Youkai Academy, hoping to start a new life.

Special Talents: Time/Space Manipulation. She has two distinct powers:
1. She has the ability to slow time to a crawl. She can't fully stop time (godmodding)
2. She has the ability to teleport
Along with the increased strength of being an offensive-type demon (she isn't at the level of a vampire or werewolf, however).
*NOTE* she actually is incapable of using her full powers in the human world as she reprsesed them with a seal so she could actually survive, turning her body into the likeness of a human. The Demon Plane's atmosphere and Earth's are completely different and a True Demon would be hard-pressed to stay for extended periods of time. However, if seh were capable of releasing her power, she would be a very formidable opponent, her strength, speed, and powers would increase in effectiveness. She would also change into the form of a demon. However, this is a life-threatening move. If she is battling, she can only last for about an hour before she'd need to change back ot her sealed state. Her sealed state is only a very average strength youkai. her real skills being her teleportation and time crawl (with only slows to about 50% speed)

Her spirit left the world, but, being so young, she had so many desires for the future, that they materialized into a wraith, who took her identity.

While in human form they have superhuman reflexes, sight, smell, hearing, and a very high regenerative ability (although only Elder Lycan's have full control over this power). A Lycan's only weakness is the same as any Werewolf: silver. But over the course of time, the harmful effects of the metal affect elder lycans like himself less.

Unable to have children of their own, The Aramov's took Caine in, and forged documents to say that Caine was their biological child. Although small compared to what it is now, his demon from still wreaked havoc, almost burning down the entire estate. Since then, Caine has struggled to keep his destructive self in check, always fearing what may happen should his demon from be released again. After another incident at his school, he had to be transfered. His adoptive parents, hearing nothing but good things about Yokai Academy, his parents sent him there, hoping they would be able to succeed where so many others have failed, and help him not only finish school, but to also learn to control his powers.

Others are something entirely beyond description. One thing that many of them have in common is this; dragons serve as an omen, a sign of change to come. Many dragons in eastern cultures find them synonymous with good fortune, while the western cultures viewed dragons as base creatures of great might. In either scenario, the visage of a dragon carried by anyone was not to be taken lightly. The dragon was a sign of great strength or of divine favor, which is to be heeded in either case. Some dragons were demonic in origin while others were the offspring of the gods themselves, such as Ares' son which guarded the well at Thebes. While their origins are many and varied, their purpose for being has been simple, to guard that which they deem worth protecting. History: Orex the Meticulous, a perfectionist even by draconian standard. His feats have never been known due to his need for complete secrecy, which only feeds his obsessive nature, as well as his narcissism. He's been so tedious that any claim to fame he may have had has been destroyed for the sake of removing any trace of his existence from any historical account. His main goal is, as it has always been, to outshine his father, who guarded the oceans in ages past so that no European society, which had forgotten the old ways, spoiled the western lands, which was the home to many a beast, whether it be mythical or mundane. Orex found the job brutish and unnecessary and, as such. refused to continue the task. This led to the discovery of the new world and an endangerment of many mythical creatures. Oh, and the buffalo.

In all actuality, his father's legacy weighs heavily upon him. The mantle of world-protector has been in his bloodline since the world began. Jormungandr, the great Norse serpent, who chewed upon the roots of the world tree to keep it from becoming too great in size for the gods to manage, was his ancestor. It's the family business, but Orex falls far short of his family's potential, especially as a fledgling. The mantle weighs heavily upon this young dragon's head. Who knows, maybe his shady nature and avoidant behavior are a cry for help long forgotten.

When the receptionist answered Mizu almost drowned the poor receptionist. Then paused for a moment.. Fenix.. eh..? He was a student with my daughter and my son-in-law.. this should be very interesting..

Shasa Had raced her brother to the class, and made it before him, but he seemed to be sidetracked--though she wondered why.. The 16 year old looking girl--who looked quite like Lynn did after her fusion deal but just slightly younger. "Sorry I'm late Mr. Dawn! .. My brother is right behind me..." she said to the male teacher.

She pondered on whether she should or not.. It depended on how late they were.. She would not tolerate tardiness.. Oh, she planned on having a bit of fun with her tardy students.. She gave the illusion to anyone who entered her classroom that she had not arrived yet.. She would wait for the very last student like this so she could observe her homeroom class.. before they knew that she was there..

Shasa sat down in the back next to another girl who seemed to be attempting to keep to herself(Laura). "Hello. My name is Shasa.." she said with a happy and warm smile.
