QUICK NOTES + BASICS

• Edie likes "protecting" the "weaker" people who can't defend themselves, or something of the sort. She hates it when people bully others or tease them because she thinks that it's super immature.
  
  
• She's technically part of the trio with Simon and Pip, but she invited herself in. Her main motivation is to keep the both of them (but mainly Simon) away from harm and danger!
  
  
• She isn't afraid to stand up against those who are bigger than her!
  
  
• Totally looks up to her brother, but it's not incest, man...

PERSONALITY

• Edie likes things to be fair, and is very spiteful of those who don't take honesty and integrity very seriously! She is prideful for being honest to herself and with others!
  
  
• According to Pip, Edie acts like a mom--a nagging one. It doesn't stop her from doing what she wants though! She rarely takes into consideration of how others view her, and before she even met Pip and Simon, she only really hung around her brother.
  
  
• Edie doesn't mind being alone, as she's used to being so in the past. She's somewhat of an introvert, but having adventures is totally awesome as well! While she's not so into the whole mystery thing, being with Pip and Simon offers her new experiences she would have never experienced without them, and allows her to find more "clients" to protect. In their adventures, she's almost like the bodyguard--or, to be technically accurate, Pip just makes her watch guard because he doesn't want her to ruin his Holmes-esque fantasy. There was no room for a girl, after all!
  
  
• Edie's far from girly! Or, at least, she doesn't mind getting dirty or ruining her clothes. Stepping on puddles and running around in mud is a-okay for her (not that she does it often or anything...)
  
  
• She likes her big bows though...and she hates spiders...
  
  
• She's somewhat mature for her age! Her brother commends her for having a strong view of what's right and wrong (or acceptable and unacceptable) and she goes 'kyaaaa' at his words because he's her number one role model.
  
  
• BUT SHE HAS HER immature moments too! Or childish-ish. When things don't go her way, she gets irked and starts talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking. And talking.

HISTORY (and stuff)

• Edie has an older brother by name of Eli! She really looks up to him!
  
  
• Her parents died in a car accident when she was four, so she doesn't remember much about them. Eli tells her stories here and then, but he generally doesn't like to, and she totally understands. Ever since their deaths, both Eli and Edie were sent to the boarding school under the discretion of their grumpy uncle, who didn't want to take care of meddling kids.
  
  
• There, Eli quickly made friends, being the social guy he was, and Edie was left to attempt to catch up. A couple of girls tried to befriend her, but all Edie ever talked about was her brother--and, for some unknown reason, her fascination of birds. They didn't care about birds, so they left.
  
  
• Eli was like 'EDI FEEL FREE TO JOIN ME AND SHILOH, MY NEW BFF' and so Edie did! And things were fine! Eli beat up (metaphorically) bullies and put them down where they belonged! He continued to raise his popularity and stuff while Edie continued to just watch from the bg and ate alone at lunch or sat there quietly with her bro and co. [teehee that rhymes]
  
  
• Until one day Eli ~*~*~changed~*~*~ after a trip to the zoo. And then he was gone!!! AND SHE WAS SAD. But then she was like 'NO, ELI WOULD NOT WANT ME TO BE WALLOWING' and then she made a promise to be a successor. AND THAT BRINGS US TO NOW LOL.
