~.:Guidelines:.~

- First and foremost, there are no males allowed in the pride, or even within the pride's lands. To be accepted, the joining creature must be female.

- While the pride believes females to be superior; hatred, dislike, or lack thereof, is different for each member. The female does not have to hate or dislike males to join. However, they must be willing to live without males, since they aren't allowed in the lands.

- The pride is a reclusive one. There is little contact with the outside world, save for those few who wander outside the lands for quests for cubs or other reasons, or those who wander into the lands from outside. This unspoken restriction is less for traffic between Antianeira and Mwako'bi'Giza, the ally pride that houses males born here.

- Male cubs born to the pride must be fostered or given to raise to outside females/families. The Mwako'bi'Giza are prefered, but not exclusive. Males aren't allowed to stay after they're old enough to travel.

- Female lions are the primary members, but any female feline will be accepted. Leopards, cheetahs, and hybrids are well come. Females of other species will not be recognized as members, but they will be allowed to live in the lands if they wish.

- Each member is allowed to have their own personal customs and beliefs, as long as they also keep the pride's customs and beliefs.

Once you've posted the form, get in touch with one of the current pride members to start a joining rp. Hippolyta, Calypso and Ariadne are always available, but it'll be assumed that the lioness yours met introduced her to Hippolyta if you choose to rp with someone else.

Once the joining rp is completed, you may fill out the form to have your girl recerted on the Antianeira cert. Also make sure to send in the info to this girl for the memberlist, so it can be made up!

Queen - Main ruler of the pride.

Consort - Partner to the Queen.

Heir - Chosen to become Queen at a future date.

Princesses - Daughters of the current Queen and Consort.

Ladies - Sisters or Aunts to the Queen. Title can be exchanged with Huntress or another title, if so desired.

Youths - Young females. They receive their true title at the tears-of-blood ceremony in adolescence. (At the moment, this includes young males)

Huntresses - Those who hunt food and bring it back to share with the pride.

Guards - In charge of watching over and protecting the main den area, as well as lending a paw where its needed.

Elite Guard - In charge of protecting the royal family at all times. They can also be sent out of the lands on special missions by the queen. They are usually the more adventurous or skilled females.

Scouts - In charge of patrolling the borders for outsiders. Females are welcomed in if they are peaceful and escorted to meet the King or Queen. Males are chased from the lands unless they are from ally prides. They may call for reinforcement from the guards if necessary. Scounts are interchangeable with huntresses at the current moment since there aren't enough for both.

Nannys - In charge of taking care of the pride's cubs while the mothers are busy.

Midwife - A single lioness with perhaps an apprentice who helps mothers give birth to their cubs.

Healers - Keeps the pride healthy, tending to injuries and other ailments.

Elders - Those who are too old to hold their old position and have retired. Its a position of honor.

Storytellers - Those who collect and remember the history of the pride and share it with everyone. They are in charge of teaching the youths of the pride.

Priestess - The lioness(ess) in charge of spiritual matters for the pride. She is considered the most knowledgeable and is often sought out for advice, as she's the link between the pride and their dead, who linger to watch over them. She may also act as an adviser to the queen. No gods are specifically worshiped, but ancestors can be called on to guide and protect the pride.

Personality: Lee is quiet, boyish, tough, and a bit large for a female. She tends to get anxious rather easily when confronted with new people, which could help her seek a more reclusive life. But she's really sweet when she opens up, but is still a lioness of few words.
History: ...Will fill this in XD;;;

Possible Plot Ideas: I don't particularly have any right now... But Lee could wander into the lands? She doesn't hate men, but she does think that females are just as good, if not better. She would appreciate having an all female pride though, since she's not as anxious around girls, and she's a lesbian, lawls. XD

Name of SoA: Fiara
Owner: Kittyintheraiyn
Cert or Image: rogue cert
Personality: Withdrawn mostly, she wavers in and out of extreme emotional stages, sad and melancholy about her limitations and the pain she feels she causes to others. Then shifting to the other side of the spectrum, joyful, happy, full of life. She hides who she is, who she was, opening up very little about her past.

History: Ran away from her old life and unwilling to talk about it, or acknowledge it, survived on her own until she heard about the Amazon pride and from then on she made every effort to seek it out.

Personality: Sweet and a loving mother, she dotes on her children and her lover. She is easily hurt though, with words and actions; so she is protected by Nadra.
History: Moray was raised in the Kunanda and grew to not like how her ranking did not allow her to be with the lioness she loved. (Nadra). Nadra left before moray was old enough. Moray grew and left to find the lioness, only to discover her no where. In her dismay, she became pregnant by a leopard in an attempt to make pretty cubs so if she went home she would be accepted back. She found Nadra and they raised the cubs as their children. They are all now grown and on their own.

Personality: Is very proud of her coloration. She is flirty and fun loving-over all fun to be around. She loves her lover Moray and has since she was little. She is protective over those she loves. She is unexpectatly pregnant at the moment. Hate males. Will ignore them.
History:She joined the Kunanda but was exiled for being something she could not prevent. She left, not knowing someone she left behind was broken. She wandered, not really doing much other than getting hurt by males. She gave up on men around the time Moray found her. They have not been apart ever since. Happily raised Morays cubs as her own.

Personality: Aucuba is quite and loving, she can be playful and enjoys being around youngsters. She knows she cannot have cubs and this both frightens and upsets her but this also makes her a sort of big sister / aunty figure to any cubs. She will love anyones babies unconditionally.
History: Aucuba followed her mother to her fathers lands, when her mother decided to leave because of the lies her father had told her stolen brother Aucuba followed.

Cyn

Personality: Cynberubor has always been big for a lioness and used it to her advantage. She relies on her large form to protect her mate at any cost. She is quick to throw her life away for the other if need be. She loves her more the anything and can't funtion well with out her. When away from her mate she slipps into a parranoided vengefull female that is more of a beast and hard to deal with. she not rashanile and sane unless with her.

Sia

Personality: Nafsiari is a quiet, timid individual who depends on Cynerubor for everything in life. She's deathly afraid of any and all males, and will always hide or run whenever one if near. She's devoted to her mate, believing Cyn to be as much a part of herself as she is, and would be utterly lost and distressed without her. She's somewhat small and scrawny, her strengths not being in her body or brawn, but in her thoughtful, observant nature. Siari doesn't speak unless spoken to, preferring to observe the world around her, and keep her thoughts to herself.
History: Nafsiari was a rogue - born to an unwilling single mother who soon realized that she was unable to raise a cub by herself, dumping her only child by a nearby watering hole and leaving. Nafsiari feels no hatred or resentment towards her mother, however, due to having never really known her. Her first memories are of who she calls her 'real family' - another lionness, who shortly came along and adopted the youngster into her currently small litter of one. Firna was a stronger, more mature lionness, and raising two cubs by herself wasn't as much of a struggle. Cynerubor was the name of Siari's new sister, although it never seemed like they were sisters. Nafsiari always had a close bond with Firna and Cynerubor, but at the same time always felt a little out of place. She knew she didn't fit really - her bright coat held no similarities with her 'familys' darker coats, and as such she was much more timid and shy, afraid to speak incase her words were out of turn.

However, the pair of 'siblings' grew, maturing quickly into fine young lionness'. Nafsiari was always smaller and weaker than her larger, bolder Cynerubor, but the older lionness always looked out for Siari, showing her a fondness that went a little beyond sibling love. It was spring, and the two were attracted not to males as young adults should be - but to each other. However, this attraction wasn't to become apparent until one, fateful day.

Both were still young - they were adults, fully grown and matured, but still in the prime of life. It was obviously for this reason that the male was attracted to them, stalking through the savannah for females to help him spread his heritage. Unfortunately for Siari and Cyn, they were the two that caught his attention - and being young, that only made them keep his attention, sadistic thoughts dancing through his head. He approached the two - Cynerubor saw him approaching first. Just his stance was enough to worry her, and she called for her mother.

Firna was quickly slain in the commencing scuffle, the male finding her too elderly to be attractive. Instead, he turned to a petrified Siari - yes, she would do nicely. Her bright coat would mix well with his, and she'd produce pretty children. Unable to move, Nafsiari could only watch in horror as he approached her. He was quickly upon her, his weight too much for her to bear as her frail body quickly collapsed under his weight, irriating him into swiping out. Claws met blood as he raked across her face, which would eventually develop into a scar. It was just as he was forcing her up that Cynerubor acted - she leapt at the male with a blood-curling roar, pure anger clouding her vision as she slashed and snarled, sinking her teeth down into whatever flesh of his was closest. Even the male, who was large for a lion, didn't stand a chance again Cyn's anger. She was quick to return to her lover's side - for that she was sure of, now. She loved Nafsiari.

The two were quick to leave, bad memories haunting them. In was Cyn who nursed Siari out of a petrified state, and Cyn who first heard of the Antianeir. It sounded perfect - no males was just what the pair needed, as Nafsiari was now terrified of them. Cynerubor wasn't terrified, but felt that same anger rising in her again whenever one came near, and as such felt it was safest for her to travel with her mate to the Antianeira. And so, that is where they are now.

Desired Rank: Midwife/Nanny (If only one, preferably Midwife although Nanny would be fine ;3)
Possible Plot Ideas: Well, preferably the pair would join before the major plot with the boys invading and all ;3 During that we were thinking maybe a male took a liking to Sia, taking her away from Cyn with Cyn unable to do anything about it for fear of Sia getting hurt. And vice versa for Sia. Sia would possible get pregnant too, although all of this can be changed or altered or anything xD Just...throwing it out there

Name of SoA: Elphaba

Personality: Elphaba is sarcastic and though she will talk to others about how they feel and think, as she is naturally curious and finds that sometimes some people might hold a better answer or new perspective, she often times comes off as sounding as if she is entertaining others and patronizing them. She’s naturally sarcastic, usually has a negative outlook to everything, but that is only because she finds most people have far too much hope and do not have the common sense to realize that there are potential dangers and downfalls that are not being realized. Since she had to take care of her crippled sister when she was younger, she has a poor outlook regarding family and since both her parents had an affair to the same person, she felt that marriage was a very loose term. Mates for life was not something she grew to believe in. When Elphaba was younger, she was believed to be mystical because of her markings, which her parents did not have, and it was blamed on a supernatural phenomenon that happened during her birth. This lead her to be a very mean child, and not one to be touched, which made her loose any sort of social intimacy that other people had ingrained in them to grow up normally.

She’s very well learned, as she went to scholar circles when she was younger, but grew to hate the teachers and the head scholar, who were manipulating her and her friends into jobs the headmistress felt appropriate for them. Not liking this manipulation, she left to live on her own.

Elphaba also feels that other species have rights, and though she is unable to swear off meat, she eats what she can and thanks the carcass after meals.

History: Elphaba was born to her parents Frexspare, a priest, and Melena, a pampered and loose female. Born with winged markings and aggressive at birth, she was seen as something supernatural, as both her parents did not have the markings. As she grew up, she was peculiar and odd, making her parents wary, but grew tamer once her crippled sister Nessarose was born. When old enough, she went to another pride for teaching, but left the school when she felt she was being manipulated by the headmistress of the learning circle. Due to her past, she placed a cold shoulder to religion, having been used as a ‘example’ by her father at a young age, broke off connections with her family, and became reclusive. She had ideas of overthrowing the headmistress and leader of the pride she once lived in, but due to a terrible incident involving a lover, left it behind her. She now travels the rouge lands.

Desired Rank: Guard
- She dislikes children, has opposing views when killing prey animals, and has no feelings towards religion. It's the only one she'd fit in for.
Possible Plot Ideas: Anything that comes up. I like to make it up as it comes to me. I'd love to be involved in any plot ideas later.

Name of SoA:Ebere

Personality: Ebere is as gentle a lady as one could hope to ever meet. She has a kind word for everyone that she meets. While she is a bit timid, she is always happy to make a new friend. She relies heavily on her bond with Ele to keep her calm and sane.

Ebe had a major trauma in her life when she was an adol, warping her slightly. She is unable to handle violence or anger when it is directed at her. She is deathly afraid of hyenas, really all canines, going into a catatonic state if confronted with them.

The only time Ebe shows a spine is when she is taking care of a patient. Woe be to anyone that threatens an injured person under her care. The kind, soft spoken lady turns into a devil on four legs.

History:Ebere was born into a small but loving family. Her father, mother and two aunts doted on the little cub, raising her to believe that there was no one way and to respect all peoples way of life. Like all good things though, this wasn't to last. Ebe was barely an adult when a group of hyena attacked her small family slaughtering everyone. Her mother gave her life to help Ebe escape, leaving the young female who had never been alone suddenly just that.

Possible Plot Ideas: She is going to be part of the hostile take over plot and meet Hippy in the rougelands.

However, I'd like to discuss possible other ranks for Sia and Moray. Two midwives and two nannies seems a decent number for the pride, but if you really can't see your girl doing ANY other job, discuss it with me, ok? I can let it slide if that's the case.

'course, now we have three healers and I dunno how often the pride has need of that, but eh... xD; I'll just have to close those positions for future joining.
