I had this thread on an old forum. All you do is say something that distinguishes a pokemon addict from a normal person. It helps if you number them too.
For instance:

1. ... you think eating raspberries will cure you of paralysis, food poisoning and third degree burns.

2. ...the paramedics find you unconscious out after trying to hop a hump of dirt on your bike just to save some time.
