I have this tendency of using characters which are parodies of real life bad guys.
OJ Justinson, and Osama Bin Pervert are two obvious examples. You can guess who I'm trying to parody with them. I wonder if you can guess who I'm parodying with Lowman Pervertsky?
And the chief bad guy doesn't have to be menacing, just insane enough to scare or creep out.
