A lot of my friends on the football team were black, and having one pierced ear is just so you can show off bling. White guys who aren't part-jock/gangster though? No idea. I don't think they'd wear it.

Ah! I just noticed on the donation wallpaper that this is the first time we've seen Josh and May in color. And Josh is a blond-haired, blue eyes, toned jock. Which says OK! for me. I dig it. domokun

Honestly, I was surprised by all the comments that involved "wouldn't there be rumors the next day if May kisses Charles?"

When it happened at my school, I wasn't at the party but basically the conversation went like this:

"So, I heard that ____ and ____ were kissing at this party."
"Really?"
"Yeah, as in full on making out."
"...They're not very hot."
"No, they're not."

And that was the end of that, really. So it never really occurred to me that it'd be a huge deal. >__>

Then again, maybe I'm just slow on the uptake of rumors.

about the earring thing... personally, i like guys with earrings, but it just doesn't fit jocks, imo. o__o like, all the jocks i know would rather dress up as a girl (which one has actually done before, i believe) than get an ear pierced.
