Anyone here have any pets?

I have 3 cats and a hamster.

Jerger: male orange tabby, he is fat

Aglaya: female orange tabby, kinda aloof at times, she is the diva that runs the house

Asmodeus: male black and white, was my bf's but when he moved in he just became part of the family

Snicker-Snack the Vorpal Hamster: he was 1 of a group of 10 hamsters that escaped the pet store next the comic store I go to. They chewed through the wall and we caught him in comic store

We don't call them pets but we have two dachshunds, Skyler and Jesse. We call Skyler our son and Jesse is my daughter's baby.

Skyler is seven years old and very fragile. He came from a puppymill and was the tiniest in his litter. He's huge now (17lbs) but that's about four pounds overweight. We keep trying to get his weight down but he doesn't seem to like that idea.

Jesse is two. He's a wild child. He's all bounce and run and jump. Jess has such a sweet temperment with the family. He loves my folks (who picked him up in Texas for me and brought him up here). He loves us (my husband, myself and my daughter). He loves to play with my Mom's cats and her dog when he goes up to their house to visit. I make my daughter take her dog when she spends the night at my folks. But Jesse HATES strangers. He's attacked the UPS lady and snarls/barks at everyone else. Poor neurotic mess LOL.

I have one long-haired tuxedo (=black with white markings) cat. She is cute, but so, so naughty.

So, every once in awhile I come in this thread because I get somebody new in my furry family, Like Baby Fable! Or lose someone like yesterday 3 of my babies died all the same day. My Asian Long Tailed Grass lizard Legolas and 2 of my crabs, Jaque and Tolei.

I've got a black cat named Kitty. Currently living with my parents though, as my apartment does not allow pets. She's had several batches of kittens, but her most recent batch were still-births. She hasn't been pregnant since. Seems healthy otherwise, but it must have been hard on her. Cat's seem to have a very emotional response to the death of their children.

One cat Bennett though we only call him that when he is in trouble otherwise he is Benny. My mom is obsessed with singing 'Benny and the Jets' at him...

My pet entourage includes one cat (Sid), one rat (Henrietta), one hamster (Claes), and two mice (Pepper and Ice). I'll have to post pictures later.
