Brief Character Description: Singin' Echo has never been able to see, or at least in the same way as the other phonies do. Completely blind, she used to have a hard time getting around until she started to rely on echo location to tell where she was located. Making small clicks with her mouth, she can then listen in on the sound vibrations to tell what is around her, even when she is flying.
She is seen as a rather timid phony to those who first meet her, but in truth she is not afraid to show others where she stands on any issue or to even show them how far she can go beyond the boundaries others think she can go. Just because she is blind doesn't mean Singin' Echo let's anyone else define how she lives her life or how far she can go with even basic tasks. Besides in those situations, she stays to herself and just goes about her day.
Her purpose in life is to provide the whole park with her song (AKA her clicks and echo locating) of overcoming what comes in your way, and to help others realize that they can overcome all obstacles that come in their way.

Hair: The base color of the hair is a light yellow, like the following color #FEFFA9. He has one single highlight in mane and tail, the one in his hair being a part of his bangs that covers his right eye. The color is a aqua blue, like the following color #49D4F3. His hair is for the most part is straight, the length coming to his chest and covering his right eye. Three possible hairstyles are in references under the spoiler.

Cutie Mark 8D: Three birds that are the color of his eyes that are singing together. Alll three birds are close together to save room, the middle being straight and the two on the side leaning against it.
Brief Character Description: Enthusiastic and a seemingly unreal expectations of the world as a whole, Chipper Chorus can always be found singing cheerful songs and skipping along in the forest. He can always find the good in everything, and his purpose to to help others realize those good things as well when they cannot find them. However, usually he will try to do that in a song, which isn't always the way to do things.
Along with being really happy about everything, another main trait of Chipper Chorus is his love of wild life and animals, mostly birds though. The only time he will ever not sing is when he is bird watching, not wanting to scare a possible friend off. Chipper tends to find friends more in animals than his fellow phonies, finding nature more willing to listen to his problems that he tries to hide to keep up his happy persona. He fears that if anyone realizes he isn't always happy about everything, that they will no longer listen to what he has to say about being happy and the good in everything.
