Shi was glad to be doing a really important job now, or at least what he viewed to be a really important job, more so than the others he had encountered today mostly because this one was far more interesting to him. The idea of all sorts of different magical items he would encounter and need to catalog was just so amazing, he was overwhelmed, he hoped there would be tons of gadgets he could inspect with magical properties like the trash he saw on the streets earlier today. He really couldn't wait, he had never before seen any magical items in his lifetime, before coming to Hargeon the only magic he knew of was his own light magic and his fathers, he had always wanted to learn more about other types of magics as well as those infused in items, it just seemed so surreal to him he couldn't explain it but he wanted to try out all the cool items he would encounter while cataloging even though he knew he couldn't. He sort of wished he had the okay to test out each of the items and play around with them a little bit but it just seemed like wishful thinking to him, he was far too inexperienced with the magic of this land to try any of it for himself. For now it looked as though cataloging it and examining with eyes only would have to suffice, which to be honest he wasn't all that bummed about either, they all still seemed very interesting to look at from his perspectives. As he began cycling through them and taking information down on them he couldn't believe the funky shapes they held and the strange powers they offered as well, these holder magics as they called them had some pretty strange designs and uses but they all intrigued him to no end, he wanted to test them so very badly. He managed to play around with one item in particular which looked like a ring, he wasn't able to use its magic due to being inexperienced with items and not knowing how but it didn't stop him from slipping it on and off for a few moments, he let out a small laugh each time as his smile only grew. Eventually he stopped himself checking the item off and continuing, he knew he had a job to do and he couldn't go off getting distracted by every item he saw no matter how badly he wanted to do so, it wasn't smart if he wanted to get rewarded for a job well done.
It seemed like hours he had been at it, cataloging piece after piece, item after item, they all had him so interested but he couldn't spare any time to analyse them or see what they did, if he stalled that long he would be here forever and he couldn't have that, he had to move to the armory after this which was a whole different story, magical clothing seemed like something so advanced but he needed to get this job done before he could even dream of beginning the next job he had lined up. Despite wanting to see the numerous layers of armors they offered Shi was still very enthused with his current job and the items he was listing off neatly in numerical order for the people who worked at the magic shop. Although the pile was now only a few more items and he was beginning to breeze right through them like a wild fire, he had quicker hands than he realized as he was finishing up rather quickly, he didn't even notice how quickly he had weeded through the pile which stacked higher than his body earlier, it was amazing. He soon finished and handed over the large catalog book to the owner of the shop who thanks him happily, since he was already in the building where the armory lay the man just led Shi to a different room, inside this room layers upon layers of armor lay and he could hardly wait to spend hours going through them and cataloging them as well. The items, those gadgets, doo-dags, thingermabobers, all those wonderful things he had been playing around with earlier looked like childs play compared to what he was staring at now, there was so much to be explored in this one building, these would be his two favorite missions of all this he could already tell, the magic items were one thing but next came armor and he was totally ready to sift through all these fabrics and plates and see what hidden powers they may possess much like the many magical items and their crazy powers which he couldn't quite grasp. ﹄ XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

By now, it was clearly nighttime and the cool night breeze ruffled through Hikari's long hair and clothes as she walked to her next job location. The first thing she did upon walking into the Wizard Shop was to look for the nearest clock. She found it, read the time, and thought, <Uwah, better hurry or else I might not make it my last job.> This was, thankfully, her second-to-last job, so she was getting there. Behind the counter, a mess of a man was sitting mumbling to himself. Alright, perhaps more detail is needed to do him justice. No, he wasn't crazy, his mumbling was simply one of stress and concentration. As for the mess, it was mainly just his hair and clothes, both of which were just slightly sloppy.
"Excuse me," Hikari asked politely as she approached the man.
He either ignored her or didn't hear her at all.
Hikari didn't try a second time and instead walked up to the desk before stopping at a respectable distance.
The man continued on with his own thing.
Now that Hikari was closer, she could hear a few numbers and some names which she could only guess were items in stock. As she had been given no notice yet, she remained dutifully where she was.
Finally, the man realized someone was looking at him. He rose his head with a start and pushed his chair back. There was a short cough and then he asked, "Ah-ah, I'm sorry, I didn't expect a customer. I do apologize for the wait. Is there anything you need?".
Hikari shook her head gently and soothed, "Ah, no, it's quite alright. Besides, I'm not a customer. I'm here for the job." As she mentioned the job, the girl held up the slip of paper she had torn off the mission board.
"Ah, job…," the store owner began to remember, "Yes, yes, the job. Thank goodness you're here. I was just…. Everything is…. You're a godsend." He began to bustle around the back, apparently getting something for Hikari.
"No, I am merely an earthly servant of God," the former religious student replied piously, "I am glad to be of service, though."
The manager was apparently still half-distracted as he continued to bustle around while responding with a generic, "Yes. Yes. Now, here." He returned to the front, with a small stool, some paper, and a pen. The men reached over the counter with the items and set them down in front of Hikari.
Hikari took up the paper and pen and looked through the chart that had been printed to all the sheets she had been given.
As the girl looked for herself, the store manager explained to Hikari her job. [1/2]
The girl's task was to, as the job description explained, catalogue the items. Not just the items in the store, though, but the items in the warehouse as well. Although, for better or for worse, the system for each was different. Items in the store were to be kept track of individually, with the exact number of each item recorded. Items in the warehouse, on the other hand, were kept track of by box. The stool was for Hikari's use in the store, so she could reach the higher shelves. In the warehouse, there was a larger ladder she could use. The girl started in the store, going methodically through each shelf. It wasn't a simple glance and check operation. Now, the girl needed to take out each and every item and count them all. Additionally, should she see anything that was obviously a problem, she needed to record it and set the item aside in a special place specified by the shop owner. The girl went through each and every shelf of each and every aisle. It was a somewhat interesting experience. She learned about a wide variety of magic items. Although, she kept herself from being too distracted and glanced at the clock periodically. She needed to do a good job of this while working quickly in order to make it to her last job on time. After the store was done, it was time for the warehouse. This portion, Hikari needed to be even more cautious in. There was no clock in the warehouse, so she would be unable to partition her time as much as she wanted. Luckily, while the warehouse was bigger, it was also easier to go through. In fact, going through the warehouse was much faster than going through the store. It wasn't a large warehouse, so there were no boxes behind other boxes, meaning that Hikari was fine with just counting visually; she didn't need to take down individual boxes. The girl finished the job in a flash and came running into the store again. She looked at the clock as she walked up to the front counter and breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that she still had plenty of time. Her employer was too distracted to do anything other than wave Hikari to where she was to put the records and then hand her the proof of job completion. The girl, however, remembered her manners and thanked him on her way out. [2/2]

Shi wasn't sure what he wanted do buy so he went browsing over the many items they had for sale sifting through many different accessories, and weapons as well, he didn't really like the idea of weapons but he doubted anybody in the tournament would go easy on him. Shi tried out a few of the guns and swords and other weapons most of them seemed to complicated to use or were just too deadly, he settled that he wanted a sword because he had to use a machete to chop through the vines in the jungle area he lived in when he was a boy and they couldn't be all that different. Shi was introduced to an incredibly sword which could change its size and retain its light weight despite its growth, he enjoyed the idea and the feel of the sword so much he wanted it right away. Despite the large price it had he didn't care, he had more than enough money to spare and wasted no time in purchasing the weapon before moving on to the limited apparel they offered. He didn't see any clothes he liked but he noted a pair of cool magic shoes and tried them on to realize they increased his speed and almost made him float, he liked the feel of the shoes and the speed they gave would help him in the tournament when it came to dodging and avoiding attacks... and running away, so he purchased them as well. Once he was finished with those two items he didn't see any real armor that he wanted so he decided to take his leave and check out the magic armory instead for cool wears that could potentially save his life.

Purchases: Enchanted Thin Wizard Book [04]
Jewels Spent: 40,000
indentOn the way back home from his last job, February decided to stock up on things that he needed. Primarily, things that he needed to improve his magic a bit more. Because of this, he had purchased four Enchanted Story Books that he could use. Since they were thin, they were all easy to carry, although, he had to admit, the weight of bringing these books was starting to get to him. February took the books from the shelf, and placed them on the counter. After paying, he had them wrapped separately in long colored sheets of paper. Neatly, he stowed each one away inside his bag, and off he went, back to the guild.

[Job Post: 01] [Word Count: 344]
The day started out with February taking a job request at the Job Board. He noticed that there was a request from the Hargeon Wizard Shop, saying that the week has been quite tiring and that they needed a hand with keeping track of the transactions and the cataloging of their merchandise. It seemed like a good enough job to accomplish for the meantime since he had lots of time in his hands. And so, he accepted. From the guild house, February made his way towards the town and made his way to the Wizard Shop. The wizard shop sold many kinds of things which mages needed in order to strengthen their magic. Most of the items in the shop were of Holder Type mages, seeing as Caster Type mages did not really require a magical item in order for their magic power to manifest in full. As a holder type mage, February found this place because the shop was the only one in Hargeon which sold enchanted magical thin books. In his line of magic, Story Time, he required books to summon spirits from them that were more than just functional in combat. In times when he needed an extra hand, he could just summon spirits from the book, and ask them to help. Times like these are such times. With all of the work needed to be done, to accomplish it a bit faster, he would need the help of his Book Spirits. And so, before going on his way, February made sure that he brought along two thin books that he deemed good enough to provide him assistance. He arrived at the shop, inquiring about the job post, and telling the store owner that he was interested in helping out. The store owner seemed to be relieved that at least somebody from a mage guild would go out of their way and help out in the shop. Nodding in approval, the store owner approved of him, and almost instantly, provided him a clipboard of the tasks which needed to be done
[Job Post: 02] [Word Count: 439 ]
Starting off with the tasks, February began with the thing that was on the very top of the long list of work that needed to be done inside the store. For that, he only needed to at least assist in the counter, and give the store owner what he requested at the time. It did not seem like a very difficult job to do. He placed himself behind the counter, right beside the store owner simply waiting for an order. When the order came, it had been given to him in the form of a list, and as such, he expected the list to be very particular and specific to what the customer who was ordering desired. The list was given to him, and he read it thoroughly before moving. Once the order sank in, he would go to the store room, a room at the back of the store, and get the supplies. This did not happen all the time, though. Simply for requests and orders that involved getting bulk or stock. February moved into the stock room and searched around for a bit. The room was big and full of boxes and crates which probably contained lots and lots of magical material. He moved to the side for a little bit, and then found what he was looking for. A box of whatever needed to be delivered to the counter. He got the box, and had a bit of difficulty doing so, because it was heavy. He set it down on the floor, and merely pushed the box out of the room, and dragged it behind the counter. The store owner chuckled at the fact that a little boy like him still couldn’t lift up such a box, but it was fine. At least he was able to bring him the box. The customer then paid for the things that he ordered, ending the transaction. This kind of work carried on and on until sometime at the end of the day when they had to do inventory. Doing the inventory was a bit easier, as it required mental work. This kind of work was one that he was so accustomed to already. As he was the kind of mage who mostly relied on his brain rather than simply using the body for physical exertion. Doing the inventory, he needed to make a list of what they had sold during the day, and what remained – which was an easy enough task considering that he had good memorization skills. The task was accomplished in no more than an hour. And afterwards, the store owner thanked him for his job.

Amira, having finished her rise to an S-Rank mage, decided to relive her past a little as she made her way to the shop of Hargeon. There were a couple of spells she had remembered learning with her master. The Earth Dragon was so thoughtful and a great teacher. The young mage could only look back as she kept up her pace.
Earth Dragon's Reach: It was a simple technique. One that simply allowed Amira, and the Earth Dragon herself, to stretch their limbs to unimaginable lengths. A limit was never placed, so the young mage figured it would go as fast as she wished. However, she knew that the further the distance, the harder it would be to control. Her arm became nothing more than an extension during the technique. It was not a whip, not a object with much flexibility. It took great stretch to utilize it correctly.
Earth Dragon's Swim: A better technique than most of her arsenal. This "swim" allow the young girl to travel beneath the surface of the earth as if it were the sea. Breathing was barely a problem, but she did have to resurface or risk death. This technique was one that she had fun with. To swim at speed in which she could not run. It was amazing. She could act like the animals of the sea, while still being on dry land. She never used it in a fight, but the Earth Dragon warned her of it's dangers. To use another technique, she would have to show herself. She'd be vulnerable, but she would also be able to attack.
Earth Dragon's Cloak: It was a technique that let Amira take on the shape of an Earth Dragon. Of course, she was no where near as grand as the top master herself, but Amira's depiction was indeed creative. Rather scaly on the skin, yet boney like in appearance, the dragon looked just as barbaric and untamed as she did. Born in the wilds and raised by a dragon, there was not much she could do, but with this Dragon Form, there was not much she couldn't do. She could look like what she looked up to. She could become a dragon and hopefully.. that was for a later date.
Earth Dragon's Flight: This technique resembled a lesser one. The Earth Dragon's Roar was the general basis of this better technique. While the roar was a flexible long ranged shot, the flight was a long ranged.. melee? The tornado created by the roar would pick the girl up and carry her to her destination. Sadly, with Amira being so young and inexperienced, she can only manage to go straight. During her "flight" she is protected by her roar, so she could use this to travels distances without trouble. On the other hand, she could use this to deal some damage to any enemies she may come across. Learning this one was a bit hard for her.
Earth Dragon's Storm: The biggest technique she held in her arsenal right now. Amira's secret weapon that could end most fights, but help in her more difficult ones. This technique was a literally storm above her, however their were no winds nor clouds. This storm was completely comprised of rock and stone shards. Earth fell from the sky, littering the lands and creating her very over Stonehenge.
Amira's biggest move would barely be used, thus rarely be seen. She did not like the technique, as it wasn't within her preferred fighting style. During this storm, she stood still in her place and watched what happened. If she moved, she would be hurt by her own power. She hated sitting back and watching. She would much rather be in the opponents face striking. She knew though, that she was young. She would have to train more first.
Settling for a few items, the young girl felt the time to reminisce was over. A ring and some shoes, that would be all she would want and need for the moment. The rest of her money could go to the guild she was never at. As for now, Amira had to go to this tournament. She'd fight for her guild, despite never being there. It would give her a name, even if she lost.

indentFebruary soon paid a visit to the Hargeon Weapons Shop, the Wizarding Shop that he often visited to assist the shop owner whenever he needed it. Today, however, no such request was posted on the Job Boards for him. Today, he came into the shop as a customer looking for weaponry which would aid him in combat. After his last Job, he had realized that he needed something to protect himself with, and that he needed to train in order to defend himself when the time comes. There was a rather obvious weak point to his magic, and he wanted to at least reduced the risk of having that weak point exposed. He walked into the shop, and greeted the owner. For a moment, he looked around for something that he had in mind. Something... A weapon of sorts. Most of the shop had weapons displayed, but for his little body, it was rare to find a weapon that would suit him. To add to that, he did not know which kind of weapon would be useful for a beginner like him. February always fights from a distance using his magic, so he didn't know what weapon to pick exactly. The store owner noticed him thinking hard on what to purchase, and approached him. February looked.
"Young boy," the store owner called. "Why don't you give this a try?".
The store owner pulled a peculiar looking object from one of the racks. It was a sheathed regular sword. The store owner threw the weapon at February. He caught it with both arms, but he nearly fell to the ground as he did, underestimating the sword's weight. So this was what a sword was. It was made of steel, and it was surely heavy despite its size. But, maybe it was just because he was not used to carrying a weapon like this around. For a while, the young mage inspected the sword, taking it out of the sheath and holding it by the hilt. He tried lifting it with an arm, and he tried to get a feel of its weight. "Well," he mused. "It's nothing that I can't get used to, right?"
"I suppose so," the shop owner replied. "The sword is a good weapon to learn how to use. It doesn't reduce your range of motion as much as other weapons. It can be pretty easy to wield and carry. You can do a wide range of moves with it. Then again, as they say, the weapon is only as good as its wielder, so you might want to train with it a bit more before you can actually say that it's a good weapon."
"Alrighty, then. I guess I can learn how to fight at close range with this one. Oh, and I would like to buy a pair of Magic Shoes, please. I will buy them along with the sword," said February. The shop owner agreed, and had taken the things that he wanted to buy from the racks, and brought them to the counter where the items were paid for with a smile. "Thank you, Mr. Store Owner," he added, grateful for the store owner's helpful advice and generosity. Without further ado, February left after getting the items that he needed and wanted. With it, he planned to practice close ranged combat in order to at least have a back-up plan, that is, when things go wrong.
