Layla's & Marcus's Room

[Mistress Kealey]

A very simple room, not much in the way of furnature, very crisp and clean, not alot of color. her room is located in a tower and has a small balcony.

She walked throught the halls and up the stairs as she made her way to the west wing of the castle, she preferedd to well in the towers as opposed to attatched to the courtyard, it was more peacefull up here.

Once inside her room she placed her weapons away and lay down on the bed flicking her lighter and easily mastering the flame letting it swirl around her hands and making it dance. Shaking the flame out she sighed and stared up at the celing.

Humming to herself she flicked the lighter up again and created a fireball that she passed betweenher hands playing with it.

Layla couldnt rest as she had intended there was too much on her mind from earlier. She decided she would explore the castle more, getting to know her new home.

Pulling a shirt back on she left her room still playing with the fire casually.

Layla stepped into the room leading Marcus in. She pointed to the bed, "Sleep. the bathroom is in there." She pointed to the far left corner of the room and smiled.

"Need anything before i go and let you get some rest?" she asked curiously.

Marcus said"No thanks". Marcus laid down on the bed exhausted for a weeks work.
He couldn't believe what could be in stored for him the next day.
Marcus shutted his eyes and went to sleep.

Layla nodded and left the room so he could sleep.

Marcus awoke and got up, he yawned and stretched as well.
He then got his staff and walked out of the room and went into the Main Hall.

Layla walked him to her bed and let him sit down on it carefully. She simply nodded at his thank and looked at the wound.

"Loose the shirt" She damanded slightly needing to get a better look at the wound. "Ill be back, sit and stay" she said and left her room headed for the medical bay.

She retruned about twenty muinutes later with an arm load of gause, tape and ointment to bandage his wound properly. she barely stopped to notice Marcus as she walked into her bathroom getting a washcloth and dampening it with some hot water before retruning to him sitting on her bed.

Marcus took off his top and stay still, he tried not to bump it.
He awaited for her to come back then she was back.
Marcus looked at her and said"You've done this before haven't you?".

He then stayed still so she can concertrate on his wound.

When he spoke Layla looked up for the fisrt time looking at him shitless. She was stunned for a moment, he was very handsom even with the wound.

"Uh.. yea, mostly on myself.. I diddnt get treatments from the elders being a half breed and all." she walked closer carefully wiping the blood away and cleaning the wound as gently as she could.

Layla then placed a great deal of the ointment on a peice of gause that would be large enough to cover his whole wound and she placed it over top lacking to tell him it would sting. She pressed it into place well as she began to bandage it a little more and tape it so it would stay in place.

As she did it Marcus felt the sting but it wasn't as bad as what happened.
Marcus felt sorry for the way the Elders treated her and her pack she was in before this one.

Marcus felt some more and more pain but the treatment that Layla gave him made the pain less painful.
He laid back on the bed, he then looked at her from a short distance.

Layla quietly gathered up the excess supplies and the bloodied cloth and brought it into her bathroom. after rinsing out the cloth she placed all of the excess medical stuff on the counter next to the sink.

She walked back into the main part of her room looking at him on her bed and sighed to herself. "youll stay here till your better, you need a proper bed to sleep in, and to actually sleep." she spoke softly.

she was quiet for a long time after that staring at him laying on her bed, she made her way over and sat next to him facing the same way so she couldnt see him only know that he was beside her. "why did you leave?" her voice was soft and quiet.

"Thankyou". Marcus said, saying it a little quiet then usual.
He notice that she didn't want to look at him, and he understand that.

Marcus felt like s**t for running off from her but he can't undo the past.
He then replied to what she said, he said"I don't..know why I did run off".

Layla sighed and layed down beside him, "well dont do something that stupid again" she was very warm from earlier and nesstled into his arms easily closing her eyes laing her head against his chest and shoulder. Layla loved being next to Marcus as he made her feel safe, she would soon drift to sleep laying on him like this, careful to not hurt his wound."Because i need you" were her last words before slipping off into a slumber.

"I won't..". Marcus said he then heard after what she said that she needed him.
Marcus laid closely next to Layla not minding that she had gone near his wound but it didn't hurt.
Soon after Marcus closed his eyes and went to sleep.
