Xx--Fuzzy-Gumdrop--xX *This agreement has been revised and updated* Co-ownership agreement between Xx--Fuzzy-Gumdrop--xX & Roniel Targaryen for Constantine  Both owners get full teepee/sig rights Roniel gets full IC & OOC rp rights All major decisions must be agree'd on between the two owners such as major plots, breedings, injuries and lifemating. Baskets from the 1st breeding will be Fuzzys, 2nd breeding will be Roniels, 3rd will be Fuzzys and 4th will be Roniels Each own may choose to give up or co-own their solo breedings to anyone

mindsend I, Mindsend, Give Cajmera, Co-ownership rights to This Purewalker Basket in a temporary co-ownership.  Both -Get Signature Rights -- Once Cajmera's breeding is complete, either Cajmeraor Mindsend will break the agreement and return full ownership to Mindsend so she can gift another breeding entirely to a Purewalker Newbie (or breed them herself) Cajmera- Gets FULL CONTROL over the First breeding and does not require Mindsend's approval for their choice in Partner, and can actively hunt for a partner as soon as they are of age (1 Month after becoming an Adult) -Cannot break the co-ownership to gain full rights: Should Cajmera break the agreement, full ownership returns to Mindsend. Mindsend -Has RP and Teepee Rights -Control over remaining breedings -Mindsend has the right to cancel the co-ownership at any time for any reason.

Kamiki Temporary Co-Ownership between CitrusCupcake and Kamiki for Cŵn Annwn This co-ownership is temporary until CitrusCupcake gets a pawed mutant or purewalker of her own, or until terminated by Kamiki. CitrusCupcake can give up her co-ownership at any time, but cannot remove Kamiki for any reason. CitrusCupcake has the following rights- sig/display rights - control over one of her breedings (Kamiki will not get a basket and should not count against her breeding limit - however Kamiki must agree to the breeding permission post) Kamiki will retain:- sig/display rights - roleplay rights - breeding rights for all but 1 breeding

BelaLucina Co-Ownership between BelaLucina & belloblossom ((Link to event page where Primrose was won)) I, BelaLucina, agree to share ownership of Primrose with belloblossom. Both owners will have full sig and teepee rights. belloblossom will have: + rights to baskets of 1st and 3rd breedings BelaLucina will have: + rights to baskets of 2nd and 4th breedings + rights to the 5th breeding if stats max + full RP and Plot rights If co-ownership is broken for any reason, BelaLucina will retain full ownership of Primrose, unless stated otherwise by me, BelaLucina.

Lady Argentum Draconis I, Lady Argentum Draconis agree to co-own Aotona with ~Lady Kanna~  Argent will have:Primary RP rights Sig and Teepee rights Rights to the 1st and 3rd breeding. Kanna will have: RP rights if she chooses to exercise them as long as RP does not conflict with established plots. Sig and Teepee rights Rights to the 2nd and 4th breeding. Both owners must:Agree on Flings and/or Lifemates Major plot developments: major personality changes, joining/leaving a herd, maiming, death, etc. Other: In the event of a 5th breeding, basket rights will be discussed at that time. Either co-owner may break this agreement at any time for any reason.

I, ~Latonia de la Courtel~ (also known as Latonia de la Courtel) agree to co-own Ballad with DarkenWoodWolf.
I ~LDLC~ retain rights to IC/OOC RP, Plots, Sig Display, Teepee Display and blanket entry to breeding events with Ballad & his LifeMate. I also reserve the right to one basket from each of his breedings, as well as consulting powers over any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.
DarkenWoodWolf has the right to Teepee/Sig Display, IC/OOC RP (as she chooses within his existing plots), and blanket permission to enter Ballad & his LifeMate in breeding events. She has the rights to one basket from each of Ballad's breedings, and consulting rights as to where/how we home any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.
*Ballad is already Maxed on stats and LifeMated to his lady, Whistle and this will not be changing. All breeding or breeding attempts will be between Ballad & Whistle.
If co-ownership is broken for any reason, I ~Latonia de la Courtel~ will retain full ownership of Ballad. |
