!!!!!!!!HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!!!!!

Fireworks: An odd creation made by an unkown doctor. However this firework is not all benefit. These fireworks can pack quite a punch, x3 of your highest base stats... BUT! it can all blow up in your face but hey the good news is that you don't have pay any cost to use it! Roll a 10 sided dice, if it's odd, it blows up on your face and causing damage to yourself. If it's even, it is successful and blows up in your enemies face. Can be only used once per battle

You can give this one per five characters you have! Enjoy!

Quixilver, The bearer of gifts and awesomeness here with another gift and quite a bit of awesomeness.

since everyone is in love with fighting within this guild, I have decided to make a class specifically based around fighting. The Martial Artist, an upgraded form of Humans who is a fighter who is based around strength and has a whopping four prestige possibilities, each of which is more unique than the last in a never ending circle of uniqueness and awesomeness! The classes are up now but not the techniques quite yet. feel free to make one now if you feel up to fighting with fists instead of shooting spiritual energy at each other.

oh and again, happy fourth of july!

.: Organization Changes :.

8th Division Changes Wrote:
The 8th Division has undergone a big change with the introduction of a new Captain. Their purpose has been officially changed to Civil Service. They will seek to help the people of the Rukongai and Seireitei, whether it is through protection or entertainment they seek to help and benefit the people not just the Shinigami higher ups. Anyone who has questions, concerns or would like to get to know the new Captain can go see En Anu in his Office at the 8th Division [In-Character] or PM LindL.Tailor [out-of-character].

Magisterium Wrote:
Soul Court has existed for thousands of years in Soul Society. And recently the Courts of Hueco Mundo have come out into the open more than they use to. Aiden spent years trying to change Soul Court for the better, and he had no help from higher up in Soul Society's hierarchy. But Soul Society has been burdened more than normal in the past few years. So Aiden created the Magisterium of Earth. It is a group of Magistrates for Earth, Judges of Spiritual beings on Earth. Their power does not out rank that of Soul Court, and they do not handle reincarnations. But they can pass judgment on crimes committed on Earth. They are sort of a personal judicial force for High Inquisitor Aiden. There are four seats and then a leading seat, the Grand Magistrate. Each seat has an assistant below it to run errands for them and act in the place of an absent Magistrate. Aiden can overrule any of their rulings as they are only granted power through him. The Magisterium suppresses anyone's Spiritual Power and ability with less than 3x Aiden's natural Sp unless they are a Magistrate; this is to protect the Magistrates. The Walls of the Magisterium have strength equal to Aiden's Sp + the Highest Stat of each the Magistrates multiplied by three; again this is for the protection of the building. Additionally each Magistrate gets the Magistrate's Robe.

Requirements: To be a Magistrate the person cannot be a Shinigami, Hollow, Elf, Manakete, Blank or Metamorphmagus.

Tactical Command Wrote:
Tactical Command was something created out of necessity in Aiden's mind; a high tech center through which the flow of battle can be guided. Out of all of the various Division there was no true control among the Royal Divisions. Alpha was the main militant force while Xero guarded the King but in battles where all Divisions are present it was unorganized. So Aiden founded the Tactical Command school to create a new level of commanders: Generals. Generals technically Rank above Colonels on the battlefield and can take control of a battle to direct the flow. They cannot reorganize Divisions or force Colonels to act out of battle. But on large scale battles it is wise to listen to their experience. The Tactical Command school requires leaving behind the other Royal Divisions and special enrollment. Graduation from the first level leaves you as a Major, falling below Colonels in the structure but above Captains. Majors are the assistance to the Generals. At any given time there can be four Generals and one Field Marshal. The Field Marshal is the head of the Command School and holds sway over both Generals and all Majors. It is their job to set the pace of battle and stand back to command rather than actually fight. This frees up Colonels for the actual battles.

Requires: Transcended Shinigami, loss of seat, position but retention of rewards. See LindL.Tailor for more info.

Onmitsukidō Wrote:
The Secret Mobile Task Force was at one point lead by the Shihoin Family, after a time it became almost permanently linked to the Captain position of the 2nd Division. But in more recent years it has fallen out of use and knowledge; which suits its purposes. Aiden reopened the task force, believing that it was necessary in present times. The Secret Mobile Task Force doesn't answer directly to anyone, the King, Colonels and Inquisitors can make suggestions to the proper people and problems appear to be fixed miraculously. But all in all if asked directly no one can point out proof to the existence of any Onmitsukidō. They have a strange structure based around two separate groups: Intel and Assassination. The objectives of each are fairly clear, Assassins are the hit men who go and take care of high class targets while Intel gain information for Soul Society through various means. Members of the Secret Mobile Corps can either be ghosts who left their old lives behind or secret agents who participate in unseated activities with other Divisions and then accept special Onmitsukidō missions when offered by the right people.

Requires: Transcended Shinigami, loss of seat, position but retention of rewards. See LindL.Tailor for more info.

The Voice of Reason Cast Out the Window! The Second Hollow War Commences!

Darkness God of Shinobi, Kala-Nemi Wrote:
Kala-Nemi sneered towards the Shinigami, raising his hands to form a seal. "Fine then, have your way for now. You'll receive your just rewards eventually." With that the Darkness Shinobi disappeared from Shinigami eyes, the body of one of their own stolen by the demented warrior. Later Kala-Nemi returned to the Dark Arcana but nothing was like it had once been; with news of two defections, and the corrupted truth from Kala-Nemi of the Shinigami's involvement in the Hidden Village, the hidden Shinobi emperor Izanagi felt it was time to move the deadliest shadows in the world. Using the power of his servants he was able to create a message using the Shinobi's elements, and through it communication with all shinobi was obtained. Thus were the words Izanagi, unbiased lord of Shinobi spoken on that day.

"Today our race flounders. Two of the five sworn to guard our livelihoods have refused their duties, hoping to leave your children to the carrion. The shinigami have broken our treaty, and shed shinobi blood on our own soil claiming our deaths were in the name of peace. The human populace aware of our powers has singled us out, and now we face not only isolation, but extinction. Now I ask you, not as man or woman, as assassin or peacekeeper, to help us quell the savagery shown to our kind, and to return those who have betrayed both you and I so that we may see a better tomorrow. If we back down now you will be hunted. The empowered Humans will smother us out of existence. The Shinigami will punish us because of their self-gratifying justice. We must fight, because the only alternate course to extinction, is victory. That's why I ask you now, whether you are a murderer, a father, a hermit in your life amongst the humans, to put that aside and for one day fight with those who share your same blood! We gather now on the fields of Magatsu Karakura where for the first time a collective Shinobi force will protect it's right to live free of fear from Shinigami, Hollows, or any others! For our prosperity, protect our Shinobi way!"

The speech was a rallying call to many Shinobi, their race slowly being phased out through integration with everyday humans. They had long seen the Shinigami as wardens, guarding the doors to a better tomorrow so that their race would be snubbed out, and on the day of the start of the Second Hollow War, more Shinobi than any Shinigami record had shown gathering before united on Magatsu Karakura, intent on ending what they saw as a lineage of suffering.

Hollow Priest, 'Bishop' Tombstone Wrote:
The Arrancar Bishop had never given up on a mission before that day, but with a healthy intent aimed at finding One, the missing Bount, the shinigami forced him to retreat. If they knew then who he was, they might not have let him slip away so easily. Bishop was a member of the rising Seraphic Wings, a Hollow group that had no identity like Las Noches or the Exquisa. They had a strange adaptation that made them stronger than most Hollows, something capable of making them surpass the system one day, but that was not what was truly frightening about their powers. Bishop was the spokesperson for their church, charismatically gathering followers all the time. Amongst Hollows, the promise that Noel, God Of Nothing would bestow the Earth unto them was satisfying, and the knowledge that a creature born during the first Great Hollow War was enough to bring strays from any race into the fold. Making up one of the largest parts of their forces however were humans...those without spirit power were easily swayed by Bishop's words, falling into darkness. By consuming what was known as the body of Noel, they became unsavable, and when ordered to they would take their own lives. Then they would revive, turned into Hollows, to make their army even more sinister. Warned by the symbol of their church, the black Noel, that if they did not go to Magatsu Karakura his resurrection could not be completed, Bishop gathered the followers he'd claimed and descended onto the Earth like a black swarm. Although no call was sent out to other Hollows, the rumors of a battlefield where a feast of shinigami and humans would occur was tantalizing, and every Hollow was soon aware of their second coming, something that no monster could ignore whether they were Arrancar, Hollow, or Wing alike...

Bount Council's Guardian, One Wrote:
Thanks to the service of the Hollows, a race that even he had once despised, the Bount who disappeared from the Shrine of Penitence safely returned to the Bount Council. There race was limited, could not procreate, and thus every Bount received an equal say. However they had something on their side even the Shinigami could not abide; time. They never aged, and now one of the original Bount experiments had returned to him. Due to his longevity and isolation from the world he had forgotten his name, and thus was referred to as One. He received the first cell in Soul Society, and remember that fact too clearly. With his return they had a power spanning back to before the Great Hollow War, and with him came another equally aged Bount. The Council was made up of varying opinions now, but when someone who proved superior in their race strode forward with plans to decide their fate, the dark-minded race soon approved. Greed, vengeance, lust, envy, most of them fought for one personal desire or the other, and in the end most intended to kill their allies. However, for now they had been promised an item that could their powers, an item trapped deep in Magatsu Karakura. With the Shinigami in sight, it was a delightful opportunity for the unjustly sealed prisoner to show them why humanity had learned why not to cage the beast...

~Yaegar Jaja

Necromancer Sorceress Izanami Wrote:
The Necromancers were in the midst of the stories that swirled about murders and mystery. Although they weren't involved in the investigation of Soul Society initially, when the Shinigami came face to face with their enemies in Magatsu Karakura the Necromancers intended to be there near the Shinobi's side. The reasons were unclear, but all of them seemed to relate back to a single Necromancer whose authority was well regarded. The Sorceress Izanami soon spread the legend of a Necromancer tool great enough to revive the ultimate minion, and this pearl of power was to be found in Magatsu Karakura. Soon every Necromancer was aware that there was a prize to be had, but they had to beat their competition to the item, and more importantly, they had to do it before the Shinigami's war made the area unrecognizable to the item's seekers.

Quincy Princess Hinoto Wrote:
Although Japan still retained a few separated Quincy clans, in reality the survivors of their race had begun to take up a noble system shortly after they began to recover. In this manner many Quincy were united now in a belief of a nobility system, and Hinoto was the closest thing to a Princess they had, becoming the descendant of both wealthy and powerful heroes of their race. Despite the shy, reserved, calm nature of the Quincy Elder's leader the search for Shinobi on Earth had taken place in their realm too, and some shinigami had gone so far as to commit violence against the tolerant race. When the Second Hollow war started the Quincy refused to aid the shinigami who in return did not respect them, but at the same time they could not let evil pervade into their world again. With gentle words, Hinoto urged the Quincy to protect the innocent, and to protect the people, never once thinking to ask for protection herself. One onlooker remember her words quite fondly, and it's due to that we can understand the Quincy's decision today, moved to defeat the growing Hollows by her kindness.

"My fellow Quincy. Oh-um,...I know that many of you still resent the shinigami for their actions. And I know many of you are angry that the Shinobi have brought this pain upon us. But I don't think we should rely on that hate, or that we should hold on to that resentment anymore. Our forefathers, yours...and mine...swore to protect the nature that we cherish from harm. But that doesn't mean we should be caught up in their violence! If we hurt each other, then what does that really accomplish? I...I know I shouldn't ask this of you, but I must. The elders are seeking warriors, any warriors who are willing to go to the place where they plan to fight, to safeguard those hurt by the fighting! If we can repel the evil, if we can keep the Hollows from claiming anymore lives, then whether it's Quincy or Shinigami, that should be enough, shouldn't it? If we help them, then one day, surely...they'll come to understand us to. Please protect the peace. Not for you and me, but for everyone who stands to lose from this senseless violence! Please!"

Although the Princess didn't know about the Seraphic Wings, her pleas drew many Quincy towards Magatsu Karakura hoping to protect anyone injured in the fray to heal their wounds, but instead they soon found themselves repelling a plethora of villains. Hollows had come to the battlefield in mass not for the fresh dead, but for the Quincy who still lived and protected their souls, and their fight for the greater good was soon put to the test.

Human SWEEP Commander David Nissley Wrote:

David Nissley. 35, blonde, single. Some said that he was too serious about work, but no one who said that really knew what he did. In reality David Nissley was the acting head of SWEEP, the Supernatural Weapons Evaluation and Eradication Personnel. He'd been fighting Hollows for as long as he could remember, and it was due to his actions that the government had become aware of the existence of Hollows, and established SWEEP under such red tape that even the Prime Minister had no idea about their existence. They'd recruited Humans who awakened to spirit powers for nearly ten years, and acted in small operations to protect the citizens from attacks. As Humans, neither those who had natural talents like Quincy, nor evil souls such as Hollows, or even the transcendent strength of Shinigami, they had always remained neutral in their endeavors and their only enemies were those who did harm to humanity. Magatsu Karakura was essentially a giant pool of spiritual energy, both the cause of some people's spirit powers awakening, and the safeguard to protect everyone else from awakening. SWEEP knew that if a full scale war began there, it could destroy Magatsu Karakura and release that energy into the real world, having massive effects on a global scale. Seeing the urgency in the matter David dispatched two of his best, but even then he knew that it would require more. Thus, SWEEP's agents, who had located nearly every spiritually awakened Human on Earth moved quickly to request aid, not in increasing the Human's military power, but in preserving the peace for those not yet exposed to spiritual radiation. A world in which every man, woman, and child could see Shinigami and Hollows, regardless of whether they could protect themselves or not, was simply too frightening...

(...continued!)
Original Mod Soul Test Subject, Raijin Wrote:

The Mod Souls were an incredibly spread out race. They had to be, because every other race save humans wanted their extinction, and humans were indifferent only out of ignorance. The largest gathering of Mod Souls took place thanks to Raijin Natsume, head of Eden Corporation and a Mod Soul who refused to stay scattered and defenseless against the world. With his life on the line, he built a company and with it a paradise for Mod Souls, and under the Eden Project they searched for others of their kind, offering them jobs to blend in with the real world and behind the scenes protection, relaxation, and safe lives from then on. While opinions differed greatly amongst the Mod Souls, Raijin was one who resented Soul Society, though he did not hate them, and refused any offers from them believing that they could establish their own way of life. When asked to join the war and attack Magatsu Karakura, Raijin refused to assist the shinigami, but from that meeting he learned of one thing; Lloyd, a shinigami who dissected Mod Souls as 'empty creations' when it was legal to the point of torture was still free, and unpunished in Soul Society. On the other hand, they had promised to fight Hollows so that the world they now had to call home was safe. They were encouraged however, by the accusations of Soul Society that they had taken part in the attack on Yamamoto, accusations that no one understood; the only possible evidence to save their race from a second genocide lying in Magatsu Karakura. So with no clear course of action in mind, Raijin was forced by either end to ask his fellow Mod Souls to go to Magatsu Karakura, but it would only be those who actually came who helped the Eden's choice, a choice that would ultimately effect the fate of all Mod Souls.

Rival Telekinetics Jacob and Margaret Wrote:

[align=centerTelekinetics were already an enigmatic race; some even questioned if they were their own race, or simply a branch of Humans or others. There were a thousand different opinions, a thousand different problems, but from this spawned only two factions vying for leadership; Jacob Falchion, and Margaret Wellpoint. The feud started over cruelty shown to their own race, when Margaret ordered a Telekinetic's death because of the girl's young age and talent. The feud became an internal conflict that sparked civil war, and eventually the cruel previous leader was thrown out, and replaced with the young and inexperienced Falchion. With none of the wisdom of the past on his side, Jacob began to run the Telekinetic Mansion, but soon a wild card emerged that no one could predict; a truce, between two murderers known as Cyrus and Count Vlad, the Telekinetic and Bount. Taking the opportunity stirred up by the Shinigami's wrathful approach to One, the Bount, the two kidnapped Jacob and went to meet up with the Bount's leader on Magatsu Karakura, unknowingly bringing all the Telekinetics behind them. Every telekinetic in the mansion saw this as treason that sparked war, and wished to eradicate the field of battle and all it's inhabitants in order to return their leader, the flame of youth burning far too hot. A cold chill ran down the spines of everyone however when the deposed Telekinetics gleefully accepted the opportunity, ordering all Telekinetics to kill as much as they liked as well while assisting the Bounts...as long as they killed Jacob in the process.[/align]

Manakate General Jazz Wrote:

Jazz is the head of the Grand Blaze Knights, one battalion of the Manakate army who have long served on active duty. Many Manakate told stories of how Jazz raised his soldiers separate from any other military's conduct, teaching them strength that he hoped none could match, but giving them a code of honor not even Soul Society could conjure. A Rogue Shinigami had claimed his loved one when he was young, and since then his goal had only been honorable, to build the Grand Blaze to be true knights who could protect this world. He hoped to protect the people on par with Soul Society and, when that was done, to be able to speak with them as equals to correct their mistakes, the kind of errors in judgment that bred Rogue Shinigami. When Necromancers, Hollows, and Bount alike prepared for a wicked war Jazz approached the Manakate populace, and shared his feelings about Soul Society's impending hardship.

"Everyone who is present already knows of the situation, that the Earth now faces the fear of a second Hollow War. However this war has been confirmed, and soon Soul Society will have their hands full fighting to protect the freedom we too cherish, against enemies far stronger than they once were. The Grand Blaze Knights were formed under a code of conduct; to protect the weak, to defend the Earth, and to make sure the Necromancers never rise to power. Right now we face a crisis in all three pillars of honor, and thus we ask the Manakate to mobilize. Magatsu Karakura seems to be the battlefield, and we intend to be there; not at the side of Soul Society, but in front of them, showing them that no one is swifter in the protection of Justice, that no one is stronger in their sense of Duty, and that no one can kick quite as much a** as all of us. Today, we fight for peace!"

The speech wasn't new or heart wrenching, and it sounded as rough around the edges as the squad leader who gave it. However even Soul Society didn't have the honor of their race, and every Manakate was soon encouraged to show up in Magatsu Karakura, to defeat the wicked army. There just happened to be an item there as well that, if claimed by one of the Dragon Warriors, would become an invaluable fighting force for the protectors of light.

The Blank Swarm Wrote:

A Blank swarm is like everything else on Earth...if you exclude their spirit power, the fact that they devour anything with memories, and the awe inspiring sight of one thousand white figures blanketing the sky. Although the Blanks were unmotivated by war and the normal profits of such things, they were the proverbial carrion fowl of the spirit world and lingered at every battlefield, making Magatsu Karakura no exception. Although the majority flocked there for a feast to be made from the endeavors of all spirit kind, Memory Rosaries and the like came so they could understand the disturbance, and had their own individual goals on the battlefield...if the Blanks fed too much, it could make Memory Rosaries easier prey and they'd be next, so many hoped to stop the fighting. The forsaken however were not so different from Hollows or the normal Blanks, and wished to stop the Memory Rosaries from interfering so they could feast as they wished, seeing war as having so many delights.
Investigative Researcher Jimmy

Shinigami General of The Army, Fou Lu Wrote:

Fou Lu had presented himself to the people after Yamamoto's attack as wise and grounded, but soon after word of the failure to take any suspects into custody the cool knight disappeared. In the time that he was away, and the Imperial Inquisitors were busied with the repeated attacks from Hollows, Necromancers, and every conceivable enemy, even those from within, the greatest blow to their current peaceful society was dealt to them not from any marshaled force, but from the corrupted actions of one of the cruelest shinobi to walk the Earth. Just as ever hoped to lament the tragedy and begin to recover, the body of Kyle Nash appeared in the First District of Rukongai; it was held strapped to a pole, and on the body were carved the symbols of the Hollow Mask, the Shinobi Leaf, and and the Bount's Moon. Before the shinigami could dispatch a team to the Rukongai to retrieve it, a number of Hollows appeared in the area and the crowd that had gathered in horror was added to the grizzly scene in turn. By the time the shinigami arrived to rid themselves of the low level Hollows, Jidanbou had received many wounds protecting the people and Kyle Nash's body from further harm, and the sight was one of the greatest non-wartime events ever. Throughout all of Soul Society there were mass riots, voices shouting so many problems that the shinigami hadn't solved yet, and all of them right, that the only possible actions for a peaceful end to the matter lay in Aiden and the Inquisitor's calm judgments. This was overruled however when Fou Lu at last returned to Soul Society, and the proclaimer Dan revealed words written by the King himself; the Soul Society, along with any willing to proclaim themselves allies, officially declared war upon the Shinobi, the Bounts, and all the growing menaces that had brought Soul Society to such a state. Fou Lu then proceeded as acting head of the Knights of the Round, the generals in wartime affairs, to declare an absolute dissolution of friendship with anyone belonging to non-allied races, citing that any non-shinigami found in Soul Society territory would be taken as an enemy and executed, and that any force that stood juxtaposed from them would be utterly and completely annihilated. Although it won instant applause throughout Rukongai, many shinigami realized the significance of these actions, and lamented the breaking of truces that took years to make...but to speak out or object now, one would have to be prepared to face the Maggot's Nest. With the line drawn, the shinigami accepted the challenge with very little insight towards why it had come to thus, and gathered towards the Magatsu Karakura, a battlefield since time immemorial. It had seen many conflicts in the first great Hollow War, and it seemed it would see more than it's share again...

.: End of the Storyline :.

Quote:
Power rippled out from the center of the Burning Hills of Magatsu Karakura. The Great Seal which kept the spiritual plane from overlapping the real world has been destroyed. The spiritual plane shifts into reality, destroying a large portion of Eastern Karakura, gutting a large part of several major areas, killing tens of thousands of non-spiritual individuals and thousands of spiritual beings of all classes and races. All attacks are negated in the shock-wave.

The Espada Alexander Noah has destroyed the Great Seal and forced Magatsu Karakura to overlap parts of the real city, destroying everything which was there previously. With thousands killed the Leaders of the various groups have decided that it is no longer in their best interest to continue fighting at this time. Tensions haven't decreased but open combat has been put off so that people can regroup and in some cases mourn.

Yamamoto has regained full health! Despite multiple attempts on his life, the Captain Commander was safely escorted in secret to the King's Palace in Arcadia before the relations between races devolved, and using the most advanced Shinigami science is now on a speedy recovery where he will soon return to his position over the 13 Court Guard Squads. Huzzah Alpha-Team, and job well done.

We, the mods of Bleach Elites, have gotten together and decided to redefine and clarify the rules. They have also been updated to reflect the new system (which is old now since it is over a year old). Hopefully, this will take out some of the confusion about this guild. ^_^
