Avvisi got her camera out, and started snapping pics of this and that, trolls doing things, or not doing things, really everything she could think to snap pics of. You never knew what you would need later on in the sweeps. Then someone entered the party, and they did not sound happy. Avvisi swiveled to focus her camera on the new, angry blueblood. Now this looked like drama, and Avvisi was all over that. She thought about getting a chant going, something simple, like "fight! fight! fight!" but instead she approached the blueblood, getting out her pencil and paper pad to write down any good quotes.

"Are you going to press charges? Or call in for a noise violation?" The tealblood asked with a big smile, pen posed and ready to madly scribble down whatever the other troll had to say.

Snacking on the spread of food, Philip continued to watch the tealblood as she made her way around before watching her stop and start taking pictures... of Kwelin? What was he doing here?!

The answer became clear as he drew closer and overheard the literal party pooper holler about turning the music down. Yikes! Philip found himself chuckling a bit in amusement though. It was kind of cute to see the stern boy look so angry. Still, he'd better hurry over and fix things before they got out of hand. First was damage control of getting the photographer to stop documenting the incident!

"Hey, what a great party, huh? Look at all the games!" Philip swung over to loop his arms around Kwelin and Avvisi tried to steer them towards the arcade games, away from Makkah. He got the feeling Kwelin wasn't going to stop his tirade unless physically forced out of hearing distance. Even then, he seemed like he'd be a grouch about it and needed to be distracted. As for grabbing Avvisi, he needed to make sure she hadn't recorded anything too unflattering of his dear blueblood. Plus she seemed interesting to talk to.

"I challenge you!" He pushed Kwelin and Avvisi into one of those old fashioned car race games. "I'll play winner!"

"Yes, those are great ideas." Kwelin nodded in response to Avvisi's questions. Wait, was she writing this down? Why? Before he could ask, though, a familiar face was tugging them both over to the arcade. He hadn't expected to see Philip here. Nor to be shoved into a racing game.

"I... fine!" This was the sort of thing that Pawpa enjoyed. Maybe it would be good to try it from time to time to see why. Kwelin had never played video games before in his life though and he stared blankly at some of the buttons and knobs before sneaking a peek to see what Avvisi was doing. Who was she anyways?

"Let's go." Immediately, he revved the engine and went backwards! Was this right? Kwelin frowned. Trying a bunch of different combinations didn't seem to be getting him anywhere.

Avvisi momentarily frowned at being pushed into something by some unknown kid, but when she failed to find any color on him, she shrugged it off and gave the blueblood a look of challenge. "Okay! Sounds good to me!" The tealblood said as she pushed her notepad and stuff into her bag. "You can both take me out to coffee later, too, once i win." She said, grinning. She actually didn't like the taste of coffee, but all the professional reporters seemed to love it, so she would go to a coffee place and then buy hot cocoa or something. Still looked cool, and didn't taste near as bitter.

Makkah was hoping to see what Hawk had in store, but first she had to usher in the newest guest as he entered, a yellowblooded kid it seemed. With a gesturing wave she beckoned him towards her. He seemed kind of shy, but she figured he just needed to make friends and he’d be good. He asked if this was the party and she couldn’t help but scoff.
Does he think anyone else can throw this kind of shin-dig together and have it pop off so well? Psh, as IF!

”Quit actin’ the fool dude, you KNOW this is where the party’s at!”
With a hand on his back, she brought the boy to the rest of the group. Hopefully everyone would jive well! As she walked over she noticed the done-up kid was playing games with that pretty notepad chick!
Makkah sauntered over, resting with one hand on the side of the machine as they played. That Avvisi girl was pretty good! Once the round had finished, she chimed in at Kwelin.

”Nice to see you’re gettin’ into the spirit! I think I’ve seen you around the stem before, if you wanna come by any other time just give my door a knock, ya dig? It’d be nice to have some cool neighbors for once!”

She gave the boy a light playful punch in the shoulder before moving over to Avvisi.

”Hey, how’s that article comin’? Is this place bumpin’ or WHAT?! I’m glad the papers sent over their raddest reporter to cover this high-class event!”

She emphasized her point with another shoulder-punch. Her smile dropped and she looked to the side, her thought process clearly visible on her face.

”Say, I don’t think I caught your name when ya came in by the way! What do you go by, camera girl?”

She barely finished her sentence when she noticed the other kid sitting near-by. Did she let that guy in?

”I don’t think I let you in my dude, what’s your name?”

She held her arm out towards the boy, hand balled into a fist in preparation for him to bump it, as was customary of a proper hostess.

"Wait, no! That's-" Philip laughed as Kwelin confusedly hit reverse. The blueblood was actually pretty cute in his bewildered state! He couldn't leave it like this, though! Reaching around him from behind, the detective moved the other boy's hands to the right controls. His hands lingered a second before he pulled back and clapped Avvisi on the back with another hearty laugh.

"You're so far ahead I guess it doesn't matter now!" The hemoanon boy chuckled. This match was rather one sided due to the late start. Still it was fun to watch them play!

"Regular or decaf?" Philip added on sheepishly. She'd asked for her prize and it was a reasonable price so he didn't mind. She was a guaranteed win by now. Then as the game concluded, their hostess made her way over. Her cheerful chattiness filled the room.

"Philip! Great party you've got here!" The hemoanon boy reached to fist bump Makkah back. She was very bold to invite all these strangers to her house (at least he assumed they were strangers from the flyers) and it made him wonder what other crazy things this purpleblood had gotten into!

The cool hat kid responded to her fist bump offer in kind and introduced himself. Firm bump response, and a friendship officially kindled.

”Hey thanks man, I think it’s kickin’ off pretty good so far!”

She looked the kid up and down. He had a pretty good look goin’ on! With no tact or warning, she began to question to boy.

”Hey, what’s the deal with your look? You always show up to places lookin’ extra fly?” She pointed at his hat, extending her hand far enough that she poked the brim and pushed it up slightly.
