Fashion: Gabby main profession is working as a model, and despite being saturated all day with fashion it is one of his favorite hobbies. Even when off the clock he likes to go and find what is new in his favorite stores or dressing up friends whenever they need his help.
Acting: Gabby won’t say he is the best actor in the world but he loves being in front of a camera or stage nonetheless. He likes playing more feminine/crossdressing roles much like he does in modeling and will even volunteer for the local theatre if he has the time to participate.
Virtues:
Loyal: Gabby doesn’t have a lot of people he considers true friends (not fans) but those he does make he cherishes and will go to the ends of the earth for. If someone insults, harms, etc Gabby will immediately come to the aid no questions asked and no reservations if who is in the right or in the wrong.
Outgoing: Center of the attention is where you can find Gabby, he is use to having the spotlight on him and is used to having a few adoring fans that follow his modeling career. He can easily join in any conversation and doesn’t hold back from meeting strangers. This doesn’t mean he is always the most pleasant person to talk to but it doesn’t stop him from chatting or having a presences about him.
Flaws:
Blunt: Gabby love to talk but not only can he be rather sarcastic at times but blunt and sharp tongued like a knife. He has no barriers in saying exactly how he feels and what is on his mind. If he doesn’t like you, you will know, if he thinks something his hideous then you will most certainly hear him. Even if you are down, heartbroken, things aren’t working in your favor he will tell you the fact-of-the matter and not dare to sugar coat it.
Stubborn: If you do something Gabby disagrees with, doesn’t like, doesn’t approve of it and so forth not only will you hear about it but he will do whatever he can to fight you on the matter. He has a bit of a quick temper and no issue going from cheerful to angry in a minute and will easily pick a fight if need be.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Bright blue, hints of aqua green. A little pink eyeshadow and lipstick. Long long eyelashes, trimmed eyebrows.
Hair: Corrupt hair style - Hair pulled back in a sort of elegant updo with a pontyail/part coming down with a crown of Carnation flowers in various colours referenced below. Very pale blonde in colour.
When not in sailor form it is med-length down his back and usually done up in some fashion.

Ref: My terrible sketch so sorry or a jacket open and shirt style (Second/bottom one in ref, I like this one better personally and would like to get that one but not entirely sure what all is allowed and not)

Collar -- Collar on the jacket (I am not entirely sure what is ok and what is not ok fuku wise on males so just let me know I am flexible)
Bow -- Jacket, a sash with a carnation at the end would look best. Or more of a pink frilly ascot at the neck with a carnation pin. There’s also a pink bow that goes around his waist and tied in the back.

Adhara holds up his palms and blows a sparkling pink powder (pollen) at one target in range of five feet (can only be one person, has to be blown in their direction) disorienting/confusing them them for 30 seconds. Can be used twice per battle. Leaves a flowery smell in the area (does nothing just smells like flowers/carnations).
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Blushing Love
Adhara holds up his palms and blows a sparkling pink powder with small petals (pollen) at multiple targets in range of 10 feet from him (has to be blown in their direction and they have to be in similar area/same vicinity/a five foot radius of one another, they cannot be at two different sides of a room or a large gap from one another) disorienting/confusing them them for 30 seconds. Can be used once per battle. Leaves a flowery smell in the area (does nothing just smells like flowers/carnations).
Eternal Sailor Attack: Lover’s First Kiss
Adhara calls out the attack and a gust of fluttering of pink petals that act like small pieces of shrapnel hitting targets in a seven foot doom radius from him. The petals can leave cuts/scratches (nothing too large or deep/life threatening), and are able to distinguish friend from foe (friends will find themselves with a scattering of petals on them). This attack only last about 40 seconds and can only be used once in battle.

LP Hi Gallow! Sorry for the delay! Congrats on Adhara by the way~; His design is amazing! Before I toss him a stamp there's a couple of small tweaks I think you could do here if you wanted! 10 seconds for his attack on basic and super is actually really short time for this style of attack, I think if you wanted to up the attacks up to 30 seconds and a two/one use respectively, you could do this comfortably. His Eternal attack is really interesting as well but also fairly weak in regards to the 10 seconds. I feel like you might be able to up this to around 35 or 40 seconds and be okay! Once you're done quote me and I'll come back!
