my mom left her purse at my house twice in a 48-hour period, so of course I made fun of her a ton
WELL on Tuesday I went to Kroger for snacks, and left my wallet in the self-checkout lane. I didn't notice until Wednesday (when I was trying to pay for some tamales at work) and I rushed over to Kroger, they said they hadn't found it, searched everywhere at home, didn't find it. so I cancelled all my credit cards and was planning on going to the DPS to get a new license and was hella upset thinking my social security card was in it (it wasn't, at least)
and just as I'm about to ask my boss for time off this afternoon to go to the DPS, I decide to call Kroger and make sure that they hadn't found it. and sure enough, it had been sitting in their vault all along, so Josh went over on his way to work and claimed it
so. That was a horrifying 12 hours (starting when I noticed it was gone) BUT all my cash was still in there!
but now all my cards are cancelled and my new ones won't me in until next week sweatdrop
