When it came to the Dark Mirror Court, Eternal Sailor Lenka liked to ruin things. She had been busy with school, and other things lately…high school wasn’t quite as easy as she had been anticipating, but here she was, big and bad and enjoying her summer break to the fullest.
Honestly though, she hadn’t really seen many…or any Dark Mirror senshi for quite a while, and there was a part of her…a large part that liked to attribute it to the fact that they had won the fight against them and they were gone forever. Because that seemed like the perfect world. Gone forever. Never to bother the city again.
The senshi grinned, though it faded just a little when she thought of Remarque…her almost friend. Sort of. The one who would rather be trapped forever in darkness than come to the light. Ugh. It was disgusting.
So disgusting that…
Oh. Oh well speak of the devil.
She felt the unmistakable aura of one of the Mirror senshi quite nearby. Well. It seemed as though they weren’t squashed. Pity. This one was just a basic though, she was sure that she could do some squashing, if she were to have the chance.
Quick as she could, Lenka ran for the aura, popping out of some bushes in front of Fortuna. “Well well. And what are you doing out here all alone, little Dark Mirror?” Her tone was mocking. The same tone she had heard the negas and the other Dark Mirrors use on her when she was a chibi. It was an awful sort of voice…
But she was the strong one now. She was the one who had all the advantages.

“Oh, you know. I’m just out looking for trouble, and honestly, not a moment ago I was thinking how long it’s been since I’ve seen a Dark Mirror Senshi around, and I was thinking that maybe, just maybe we had won against you. Finally. And then, low and behold you show up to knock my idea and my hopes right out of the park. Why would you ever do a thing like that?”
Lenka looked the older senshi up and down, trying to make some sense of her outfit. She looked more like a showgirl who had gotten out of some Las Vegas club than a senshi. Like a personified deck of cards. Living poker.
“What are you supposed to be the senshi of, anyway? Your fuku is quite cluttered. Honestly, it might be one of the ugliest outfits I’ve seen on one of you. I mean…no, I guess that one girl was worse, hers was little better than that one…and…Remarque had always been tacky…” She trailed off and shrugged. “What I guess I mean is, the color black sickens me. You’re on the wrong side of all of this. Did you choose that, or did they force you?”
Either way, she was an enemy. She would be squashed tonight, if Lenka had her way.

She thought it was who she was meant to be? Oh honey no. Lenka shook her head. “No, it was not who you were meant to be. You were meant to be a senshi just like me. A fighter for the side of good. Not an energy stealing nutcase. You got polluted with chaos, and that is such a terrible thing, and I am honestly sorry for you. But…if you think you were meant to be a monster who sucks the life out of people, who am I to argue. I’ll just treat you like one, then.”
The watermelon rind was in her hand in an instant, and the next moment it was being thrown at Fortuna. “Lenka full body rind!”
She wasn’t playing. Not today. Not ever with the ones from the Mirror. Especially after Acubens. She would have no mercy.
skysu Eternal Sailor Attack: Full Body Rind! Lenka cries out her attack name, and once more throws her watermelon rind at a foe. This time, however, after attaching and binding the foe's arms, it grows, covering their head, and going down to their feet, encasing them in a large watermelon rind. The effects of the attack last for twenty seconds, allowing for escape, or for more attacks to be thrown!

Fortuna was honestly not expecting an unprovoked attack so she didn't have time to react before the watermelon hit her. "What the hell?" She exclaimed before the watermelon began to grow across her body. She attempted to break free, but she was just a senshi, she didn't have the strength to compete with the Eternal's magic.
"Yeah, you're doing a real good job of convincing me the white moon senshis are the good guys." Her muffled voice was barely heard from within the sickeningly sweet watermelon. She never much cared for the fruit, and now she doubted she would ever be able to look at one without thinking about this moment and be sick.
She was defenseless, powerless, it was not a good feeling and one that brought back memories. She felt her breath come quicker, she could not breath and she began to struggle violently against the rind trying desperately to break free as she shadows of her past threatened to suffocate her before the stupid rind did.
Normally, Fortuna would not hit children, but when she broke free, this one would be the exception. |

Lenka grinned widely as her attack hit, and felt a sense of accomplishment and glee. She couldn’t help but remember, almost fondly when she would miss more often than she hit, her attacks pretty much useless against everyone. More of an annoyance than anything…honestly they still were but.
But she tried. She really did have to get off her butt and talk to Julienne about that.
While Fortuna was inside the watermelon, however, it was the perfect time to strike, and strike as hard as she was able. Quickly, she rushed at the overlarge melon and shoved it with all of her strength, throwing both it, and the senshi inside to the ground. Sure, it would smash the melon, but it gave her a great opportunity to bring her lithe five foot eleven inch body down, feet first onto the hopefully stunned senshi.
Plus it was always fun to make a mess. Even if she didn’t have the ability to squash someone, she sure as hell could make them change their minds about showing their faces. Or she could try to, at least. Some people were just stubborn.

It was frustrating that her attacks didn't do much damage, she never realized how much difference there was between the ranks in power boosts, the fact that this younger girl was so much stronger than her gave her pause, especially when the girl summoned her magic and she was too close to get away.
Fortuna muttered a curse when she felt the watermelon rind hit her, and she put all her power behind one last kick aimed at the Senshi before she felt the rind cover her once more, encasing her in the sticky gross watermelon. She would need so many showers when she got home.
Fortuna realized this fight would not end well for her, so as soon as she broke free, she fully intended to find the next available mirror and get the hell out of dodge.
Stuck as she was, Fortuna managed to get her mirror shard in her hand and summoned her wraith, hoping that the wraith could distract the senshi or maybe even drain some energy so that Fortuna could escape. Her trapped form fell painfully onto the ground as the wraith rose out through the rind and started moving towards Lenka with the sole purpose and drive to suck up all her delicious energy. |
