Sadie was depressed about Rex. She didn't like not having him around. He was always so protective of her so it was weird not having him around. She whimpered as she was in Kasey's arms, from being too pregnant and small to keep up with him on her own.

Kasey was a little depressed himself. The day he turned fifteen was the morning after they lost Rex. The shore that they were left on was under a bridge in Eugene, Oregon. When Kasey finally carried them up to the top of said bridge and looked around he noticed that they were on a main road. He was standing at a bus stop, on the corners around him were a gas station, a car dealership, and some business offices, then behind him was a shoe store. Minutes later a bus arrived, wanting to get inside and dry off the teenage ex-hobo inserted some of what little money he had and the Canadian coins just barely paid for his bus fair. Next the green haired teen made his way to the back of the bus and fell asleep. Half an hour later he woke up and got off the bus, now finding himself at the Gateway Mall in Springfield, Oregon.

Sadie stayed in Kasey's arms. When they got to Springfield, Oregon, she was feeling her kits were almost ready to be born. They would need to find someplace for her to have them soon. Sadie was heavily pregnant and wanted these twins out of her as her contractions were starting. She whimpered a bit as she felt her water break while she was about to start walking with Kasey.

Kasey heard Sadie whimpering and got concerned. "What's wrong, Sadie?" the fifteen year old asked warmly as he carried her inside the mall. Not realizing or caring that this mall was still under re-construction the homeless teen entered the building and began to look for somewhere warm. Half an hour later the mall had closed and he had set the pregnant fox down in the movie theater.

Sadie whimpered and groaned as she pushed her kits out of her. She yelped as the first kit made his appearance. Once both of the twins were born, Sadie had a surprise kit within her. All of the Kits were adorable and really small. They were healthy and nursing well while Sadie licked the clean, looking up at Kasey wanting him to stay close for now.

Kasey pulled Sadie and her newborn kits onto his lap. After that he curled up with them on one of the cinema seats. Unfortunately for them all of their stuff had washed away with the boxcar.

Sadie let the kits cuddle up to her stomach before she fell asleep. It was kind of cold in the theater, Sadie was shivering since her blanket was gone and she had nothing but Kasey's body heat to warm her up. The kits were staying close to her for warmth while they shivered. Then she perked her ears when she heard someone coming inside. She started growling in a protective way as she stayed curled up in her owner's arms. She curled around her kits shivering badly from the cold air seeping into the old theater.
