THIS IS LONDON TOWN!!!
1868...
London was the largest, most spectacular city in the world. While Britain was experiencing the Industrial Revolution, its capital was both reaping the benefits and suffering the consequences of its rapid expansion. new inventions that men would have only dreamed about only fifty years ago are now being made reality. it seemed to some to be a new golden age, and while fashionable areas like Regent and Oxford streets were growing in the west, new docks supporting the city's place as the world's trade center were being built in the east. and while the rich continue to grow rich the poor and the downtrodden slip further and further in to the cracks below, away from prying eyes, beggers and drunks wander the streets while men, women and children are ground down by the ever turning cogs of progress.
It is in this world where we find ourselves. Assassins, Templar, Initiates, Veterans continuing to fight our war in the shadows. but when the world changes and marches forwards to the steady drumbeat of progress, what will our lot be?

Districts of London.
River Thames The River Thames is a river that flows through southern England. As the primary waterway at the heart of London, it possessed great economic importance during the 19th century. However, the increasing industrialization led to the Thames' pollution. As such, riverboats were in many ways preferable to swimming if one wished to get across.
Whitechapel Whitechapel is one of London's seven boroughs. During the Industrial Revolution, the region became a place of destitution, with its inhabitants often turning to begging, thievery, murder, and prostitution.
Westminster Westminster is a borough of London, which served as the abbey and hospital for the aristocracy during the Industrial Revolution, excluding the city's poor almost entirely.
The borough contained a number of notable residences, such as Whitehall Palace, Devonshire House, Clarendon House, Marlborough House, Buckingham Palace, and the Palace of Westminster.
The Strand The Strand is a bustling borough of London that served as a shopping area and a park during the Industrial Revolution. Thieves usually operated in this area due to the abundance of unaware victims.
Lambeth Lambeth is one of the seven boroughs of London. Once a sparsely-populated wasteland, it became a rural area in reconstruction, bustling with commerce and life during the Industrial Revolution. The region includes an asylum
Southwark Southwark is one of the seven boroughs of London. The region served as the center of economy during the Industrial Revolution.
The City of London The City of London is one of the seven boroughs of London. During the Industrial Revolution, the area served as a financial center with its sky-high towers and stone walkways, where people of power operated.
