It was super annoying!! I guess he was.. since he's humanity's strongest.. but he is so not Levi.. I'll probably miss the second one.

Yeah and also that part where some girl tried to do something with eren hahah i was glad she was eaten smile ) yeah i'm curious about how they did the second part though. i think thats where they would show the female titan.

Sadly there is no female titan to be seen in the second part. It's just a lame excuse for a " horror " adaptation. And they have all those awkward eccentricities of the Japanese live action craze. It's so weird, it's like the Japanese are serious about anime, and get super dumb when it comes to live action.. I think this movie would have benefited from just being mo-capped, and done much like they did Final Fantasy Advent children..

HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD/RANT:

Side note- that Levi like guy, was a crappy adeptation of both Levi, and Pyxis ? Because Pyxis was always talking about wanting a lovely female titan, and the movie dude was always like " Oh why no female titans " - though I was pretty ticked that in the movie they made the " female " actress titans, show signs of cleavage, where as in the show they said ' all male anatomy ' - with no genitalia, and they didn't even attempt to make it uniform. They went out of their way to make the rib-cages and faces deformed, but didn't put any effort in making anything else accurate. It was like really badly costumed Power Rangers. To add to that, the titan shifters, looked like crap. I know it was all supposed to be set in Europe somewhere, because the remaining survivors were a majority, European, and instead they just made everyone Japanese to compensate. I despised that they openly shipped Mikasa and Eren because Eren was supposed to openly have a distaste for the "coddling " that Mikasa seems to do to him- and they made her WEAK from the get go.. That was stupid... I was really ready for Mikasa to be the intimidating force that she was in the show, and she was a total let down.. I feel like the show did a very good job with almost trying to say that relationships in this time are futile- because people die what with the couple who ends up being separated because one of them is half eaten.

So it's cool to fandom ship- but why does every movie have to ruin a great story with romance? Why does the romance have to carry it. Of course Mikasa loves Eren, but it's unrequited and seen as sibling affection for a good portion of the show, because Eren is focused on one goal, and that is not only to avenge his mother, but to wipe out the Titan scourge, and they made the movie Eren kind of more focused on avenging Mikasa until he realizes she's alive.. And this business with having the pseudo Levi/Pyxis guy, lure him, kind of into death that first time? That was..like- what? Also, that baby titan? Was the stupidest thing I have ever seen.. Hangi was literally the ONLY accurate character in the entire movie even down to the voice..and I loved her. She was fantastic. I think she was the only redeeming piece. Them throwing random modern tech in- was such a buzz kill and felt so disjointed from the rest of the film that I just rolled my eyes and leaned on my hand.

Their Hanji was good though. I agree, probably the only thing that's actually based on the manga. LOL my brother and I walked out the cinema after that girl (who I think is supposed to be Sasha) kissed Eren.

They had the Sasha, actually there- and she was flirting on Armin. The girl you're talking about, is a replacement for Krista, Ymir, and Annie essentially.. Because they literally took every other girl out and made Mikasa and Sasha the focus, which if you're caught up to the CURRENT comic situation, well, I won't spoil it. But yeah.. UGH. That chick throwing herself at him, was disgusting. So dumb, like they had no prior history and Eren was very obviously upset over Mikasa? Like- the directors did not even think about that stuff, and I was so happy when she was eaten.

I see.. that movie just makes no sense. Very much caught up with the drama of it all crying

<3 I'm just happy that Armin made it through and that Sasha is just hurt, and not dead. But GOD. Everyone else is ********' dead.
