I've looked online about hidden abilities on Pokemon oras and is there any other way to find hidden abilities besides pokenav. Like a secret item to hold while breeding. Something like that.cry

There are a couple of ways to get hidden abilities. One is pokenav, for the pokemon that it allows for; horde battles are another way, as there is a chance that one of them in the horde will have the hidden ability.. that way isn't as good as you can't just catch all 5 and see if any of them had it, you have to knock out 4 and then catch the last one and hope it has it. Friend Safari is another way, although that was only in X and Y; that was how I got the majority of my hidden ability pokemon.
The only way to breed a pokemon with a hidden ability is for one of the parents to have the hidden ability, and it's not 100% chance even then. I believe the pass-down rate for hidden abilities is higher if the female is the one that has it, but the male can pass it down also.
Other than that, hit up the trades. There are plenty of people that will trade off their baby pokemon that have hidden abilities

Hell, even hit up wonder trade. Yeah, you'll mostly get stuff you can't use, but there are plenty of people like me, who breed for near-perfect stat pokemon to use in competitive and end up with a lot of stuff that just didn't pass muster. I've gotten plenty of good freshly hatched pokemon with hidden abilities, egg moves, and several maxed stats.
The opening post here covers the breeding process pretty well.
There's also an NPC in-game that will check your party pokemon and tell you if they have hidden abilities, I'm fairly sure. The best way to actually come across such pokemon consistently is probably friend safari though, probably not surprising, which encourages the exchange of friend-codes.
Keep in mind that as the link says, unless you're wanting to breed perfect poke'mon for your own pleasure, it's rarely tactically relevant if you first consider the moveset you're aiming at for each pokemon.
As this method generates at least a couple boxes of inferior products, wonder trade is often where all these get passed out to, so you can also often get others' leftovers that way too, which can be a better start to breeding a new species than doing it ground-up like the link describes.
