Amaya stood as Miss Cameron entered the room, to greet her properly. "Yes, good afternoon. I apologize if we've kept you waiting, we had a bit of a late start. Our journey so far has been long, even for Polar bears. Would you care to join me for some tea, while Armel cleans the dishes?" She knew not allowing him to do so before they departed would affront him, and she didn't want to upset him, though it nearly made her laugh. She gestured to a seat at the table and re-took her own.
"We will depart after that for the hunt, if that is alright with you. I am missing my bear form more then I expected to, and I'm eager to be on my paws again. Too long walking upright, and I may forget how to use them." She laughed lightly, trying to set the other woman at ease, as a good host should. And a friend.

Rose smiled politely at Sir Armel, saying to him as she entered, "It is good to be welcomed back here, Sir Armel." She was somehow already used to Armel's way of calling her Miss Cameron or Miss Rose instead of just Rose. Upon entering the living room, Queen Amaya greeted her.
To the Queen's comment about getting a late start, Rose excused her herself, as there was no fault to the Bears here. "Oh, no trouble at all, Your Majesty. That in me which is other is overly excited at the prospect of a hunt with those such as yourselves, I think, and won't let me sit still. Tea, however, would be lovely." Sitting down at the Queen's invitation and setting her pack of supplies next to her, Rose said, "That sounds wonderful, Your Majesty." Only nodding very seriously in empathy to the end of the Queen's statement. It was a true fear, she believed, that every shifter felt in some capacity or another. Though, to Rose, it spoke well of Her Majesty to be able to laugh about it, if even a little.

Armel closed the door after Miss Cameron's entrance and immediately returned to the kitchen to place a kettle of water on the stove top. Her Majesty desired tea for herself and Miss Cameron. It was a small pot, so he did not expect the water to take long before it boiled.
Then Armel set himself to work on the dishes, not bothering to offer Miss Cameron a chair or push her in because she already acquired a seat for herself. At that point, he could only wash the dishes, which would require some time to complete. He had cooked a great deal for Her Majesty. Still, clean dishes were better than vermin in the kitchen. "Your Majesty, shall I pack any drinks for our hunting trip? Iced tea would be lovely this time of year," he asked as he started scrubbing a particularly stubborn encrusted fat glob from the roast beef. Outside the window, Armel saw the weather had changed for the better, and though he would remain in the outfit that he wore, he did believe a cool drink would serve Her Majesty and Miss Cameron well. The refrigerator provided cold water and ice, so Her Majesty and Miss Cameron would not have a long wait for their tea.

Armel quickly washed the kettle and wiped his hands dry. Everything was packed and ready for travel. All snacks and drinks were properly secured, as was a first aide kit in case of minor injuries like burns, bruises, and cuts. Also secured was his revolver on his ankle, his handgun hidden in his shoulder holster, and his hunting knife in his horizontal knife sheath. He was armed to the teeth in his human form and ready to kill whoever dared tried to harm his queen.
Armel hitched his pack across his back and moved to the door, hand suspended on the handle. "At your command, Your Majesty," Armel said with a slight bow.
[Alright, so we all exit to the beach? I read Harbor seals are found practically on every coast of the U.S.
Also, Loiiy, it's your turn to post in the hospital.]

Rose could hear Queen Amaya's soft chuckle at Sir Armel arming himself. She agreed to the sentiment, having sensed the moment she met them that the Queen could be just a vicious as Armel with just as much ability to protect herself, so it intrigued Rose that he would feel the need to protect Queen Amaya - for she was certain it was not herself, she was practically a stranger and not a bear. But she also knew the pride with which Armel carried himself, which meant he had to be able to protect her. He was dutiful, a trait she respected.
"Off we go!" she replied to Queen Amaya, taking her offered arm and linking hers to the Queen's, gliding, with some success, out the door, leaving Armel to follow them.
