Yes, with the beginner quests do we just have those off the bat or have to apply for them?

You mean in the RP? There should just be the one where you register with the DRF and explore the city ( and meet your partner although some people enter the city having done this already) But yes that is a built in quest so you just do it and then when we feel like you finished it you are free to do other missions and such.

Whoops, luckily Lief was around to answer the questions. Truth be told, Lief is probably the best person to go to for Role-play related questions. I'm mainly just in that area for damage control and aesthetic maintenance XD
