We have a joker now. The child of the joker so to speak and is targeting night wing. So I believe that's a good opening for a plot. A villain list would be a good way to get more villains.

I have an idea, subject to your approval. How about we use a 'mad science' kind of villain group? I was thinking of I.O. from Gen 13, since DC bought those characters from Wildstorm. I.O. is a 'shadow government' working behind the scenes of the U.S. Government. They are attempting to create (again) superpowered agents under their control:

I.O. is similar to N.O.W.H.E.R.E. in scope and power. Thinking further, we could use either organization or an amalgam of the two to throw at the Titans. With the Titans 'broken up', IO may take an opportunity to snag up different metahuman teens for their experiments. I've used the IO plot in another guild and oddly enough, IO went after the Titans.

Okay, cool! Who all would be interested in running villains from I.O. or N.O.W.H.E.R.E? While I'm not all that familiar with the later organization, I can wing it. I could play either Ivana Baiul or Threshold.

I once played Dr. Frankenstien in a guild rp. He was the most powerful neccromancer in the known magical world and a feared electric mage. Member of the villainous alliance and a absolute batty mad scientist. So I might be able to handle a mad scientist like villain.

That would be wonderful, Cursed! You could make your own mad scientist working for IO/NOWHERE and that will play well.

I feel like I want to bring in a Technopath, or a Technomancer. Combination of both?

Technopath: Controls/builds electronics with mind

Technomancer: Personally goes into the grid, and able to manipulate and change data. Becomes part of the coding and such.

Either would work well with IO, Scythe. Heck, you could even play Psimon, and have him join up with this outfit.

Hmm...we need someone newer. Someone who could single handedly take on the Titans easily if they can't take him down fast enough.

A man of wealth and power...a man with connections, super powers...and capable of becoming the instrument/avatar of his very GOD!

We need Snowflame...a super villain who gets super powers by snorting cocaine! Who cares how that actually works, he can kill the Titans with bags full of yummy white powdery nose candy.

Even if they defeat him...he will rise again in 3 days from the marijuana leaves.
