The Miqo'te's eyes narrowed as the strange bullman walked directly to her.

"Idiot..." she said with a disgusted sound and an eye roll before she turned away from him and looked at the other two. It seemed like all the battering with the merchant and all that gil went down the drain. The two were persistant to get the gem. their father back at any cost.

"Sorry about what happened," Kay'la said as she finally spoke to the two her eyes narrowed upon them with her ears exposed and tail now completely free from under the skirt she used to hide it, "Though you two can't honestly tell me you plan to go after it. Alone?"

[Kaldar: Twilight Town: Old Mansion]

The idea of traps didn't really scare Kaldar. He was pretty much just kind of...bored, waiting for Wing to check out this hinged statue. His eyes wandered, looking all over the room.

"Huh?" She spoke to him again. Though all he really caught was the 'why this unicorn statue is hinged' part.

"Dunno. I still say just move it and deal with what happens. I mean...I doubt this place has anything all that exciting in it."

The Knight nodded to his sister. Good, she was back in better spirits. And once she called and got a response, he started to move. The wall could've been an illusion. Or perhaps there was a path nearby around it. Or hell he'd just pick up Zuri and attempt to jump over it...or maybe go through it if necessary.

As he walked by the girl who tried to buy their father, he gave her a cold stare. Oh he heard her, of course. But he was a bit jaded over 'concern' for his people. So he didn't feel the need to respond to the cat girl. He just kept moving towards the wall, with Zuri...well hopefully she was following so she'd stay close, but knowing her...he kept his general perception open in her direction. He'd rather not lose track of her
