There were blue ones and golden ones and thats it. 30 blues and 10 gold. I suppose its neat, but I never thought anything about location.

Do the blue ones taste like blueberries or something else? I know that the golden ones taste like honey and the yellow ones are either banana or lemon depending on gender.

Actually every one of the chuchus depending on gender taste different. The golden ones are the exception. The red ones can either taste like cherry or strawberry. The green ones are either lime or green apple. The blue ones are either refreshing water or blueberry. The purple ones are either grape or plum. The yellow ones are either lemon or banana. There are rumors of a transparent one and a white one in development, but I haven't seen any of those yet and they will have their own flavors too. And I didn't think chuchus had genders until you mentioned flavors and that makes sense.

I bet there are other dishes you can make if you hunted the other monsters.

Breath of the wild Link does that and in his spare time, he goes Kart racing. I dunno his last name though. He might be one of Will's kids though.

I understand. Maybe the other monsters in your area of Hyrule don't provide as much substance as the other areas do. I'm sure there are other things you can use though, right?

Of course there is. There's the ordonian pumpkins, then we use the milk from the ordon goats to make cheese, Then the larvae from the ordon bees are edible, though I don't really like that. Then of course there's the many fish in the water you can fish up and fry. But in terms of monster loot that is edible in my area, the chuchu jelly is the only real thing I hunt for food. And they spawn enough that I can get more the following day. I leave some alone. There are plenty in caves and underground that spawn. I do responsible hunting. While you and Mom were doing laundry, I did some fishing and caught some catfish.
