Yama come from a well known clan of wizard who are expert with different forms of magic. on a dark day Yama's whole clan was whipe out leaving only him as the last surviver of his clan. Yama would soon work as a mercenary at a very young age earning the reputation as the Avenger of the Akibara Clan, Yama would soon find himself wanting more power and would soon joined a Assassin guild of wizard that would kill by any means necessary. Yama would soon discover that the dark guild he was apart of was the very guild that whiped out his whole clan and would go on a rampage and would leave nothing left of the guild. Yama would return to traveling until he heard disturbing rumors that there were survivors of the dark guild he had destroyed and has spread the member to different guilds. Yama knew if he had any hopes of finding these survivors he would need to join a offical guild and soon found himself in Oshibana town. He soon joined the guild and quickly became a S Rank Wizard and still retained his old name of Avenger of the Akibara Clan.
