This guild is designed to be a safe haven for all those with a shared love for Tamora Pierce and her works. We band together to geek out and support our fellow Tammy-lovers.

We believe in the very morels that Tamora's books have taught us; truth, honor, justice, and above all, love. Here you will never find any shame or guilt for being who you are. You are you and we already love you for it!

This guild was started in 2004 and has undergone numerous changes. When Seilde (then know as Alan the Great) took it over in 2006 it received its first over--haul. It seems that it has never stopped being over-hauled. Oddly, it's going through one right now in 2013.
Around 2011-2012 the guild nearly died. No one posted and it seemed a good idea to give up. After talking it over with Seilde's handy second in command it was decided to, yet again, give it a makeover and see where we land.
For the love of Tammy, we will never give up. This is a home and we will keep it going until the end of the internet.

- Follow all of Gaia's ToS.

- Be respectful and do not spam. (In addition, try not to get off topic too much in the threads. We encourage discussion yet when you're talking about how cute your cat is and his silly antics in a thread about hunky Tortall men then maybe you need to take your discussion to PMs. Thanks!)

- When you join you have four weeks to post in the forums or you will be run the risk of being banned. We simply have no room for guild collectors.

- To join please fill out the application near the bottom of this page. (If you do not fill it out, your request will not be accepted.)

-It is strongly advised to post something every two weeks. Longer than that and you will most likely receive an official warning. If something is going on and you simply can't post, try to let us know, we are very accommodating. smile

- If you find yourself getting in an argument with another member please spare us all and take it to pm's.

- Please use reasonable font.

A little about me. I was born many years ago in a year known as 1990. Also, in the month known as August, specifically on the 17th. So, I'm not too old but a little. I feel old. I'm still in college working on a degree that is ever changing (still can't decide what I want to major in). I have a love for literature that runs deep and strong.
I was introduced to Tammy's work when I was nine and it's been the best love affair I've ever had. That is why I am so proud of this guild and all the members of it.

I have since moved up in the ranks and become a vice-captain. My role in the guild is that of the cleaning lady. I like to try and keep the guild tidy. You’ll often see me poking threads and moving others. I don’t like clutter on the main forum or sub-forums. If a thread is long past dead then I make it my job to move said thread to the recycle bin.

As for my personality, I’m pretty much a nice person. I don’t tend to get mad easily. In fact ask anyone who’s been around a while. It’s very hard to get me mad. I might get upset or disappointed over lack of activity but not mad. I’m just a very easygoing person in general. You don’t need to worry about getting me mad as I don’t think it will happen.

I was charmed by Tammy’s work when I picked up Shatterglass for the first time. I then went on to collect all of the Emelan books. In Highschool I then tried Trickster’s Choice and fell madly in love with Tortall. I began reading them voraciously and soon enough I had all of them. Terrier was the ultimate prize in my collection. It was my favorite book and I didn’t see how she could top that. I loved Beka’s world as it was something fresh and exciting. As for the rest, well you’ll just have to ask me personally won’t you?
