Dime: Self-Proclaimed Prince of Thieves
Dime had totally lost track of how long he’s been in the Ice Kingdom. He didn’t really plan on staying for even half as long as he’s been there now, he had only planned on finding that Demonic Wishing Eye he’s heard of. It should be some kind of super powerful magic thing considering what penguin did with it. He wondered how much it’ll go for. Maybe he could he could steal the thing before Ice King came back so he could just retrieve it after some “random thief” had made off it then return it to him for a price; perhaps he could do it all over again if he was lucky.
Unfortunately, that plan never came to pass. Dime had looked almost everywhere; the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom just to see if the guy was crazy enough to shove in the toilet then flush. He even looked into that not-so-secret-anymore cave where he found way too many ninja stuff for anyone over a thousand to keep, he pretty much settled for that ninja guide. Maybe someone gullible enough would buy that it’s real ad take it off his hands to try and be some pretend ice ninja; and besides, Dime’s got his hundreds of magic nails, even if the text did work he could do without ice powers just fine. Dime even tried avoiding the princess dungeon just because he didn’t want to go through the awkwardness of meeting a prisoner in a place he’s robbing. Maybe he’d check there as he’s leaving just in case there’s a pretty lady for him to save so he’d steal a heart for a change.
He would’ve just bailed out by then after taking the ninja manual, but the last place he was checking was what kept him in here for so long. Dime was in the basement where that gigantic shrine was surrounded by an even more gigantic pile of books with "Fionna and Cake" written on thw covers. He simply started to just flip through a few pages of the first one he grabbed. Dime has zero experience in critiquing books, but even he knew this story was distasteful. A part of his brain was whispering to him to not take another book, but he did anyways just to see if there anything written in these books that'd be at the very least decent. He kept looking through book after book, and it actually took until he lost count that he decided looking through anymore would be pointless. Dime didn't even remember how long he's been there, so he finally decided to up and leave and hope the Ice King didn't show up.
Dime was just about ready to get out of there. He's pretty much looted anything he around deemed loot-worthy and could carry in his sack which wad slung over a shoulder. He held the Fridjitzu manual in his other hand so not to crumple or tear the pages. Dime only had one more stop to go before leaving the Ice Kingdom, that princess dungeon to see if there was a lady to free. So Dime left the basement and walked confidently to the one room he avoided during his raid. He was almost surprised not to see Ice King the whole time. Too bad he never found that Demonic Wishing Eye though.
((Long intro post; I think I could've made the layout better, but I'm using my phone right now. Anyways, anyone got a princess that Dime could find in the prison? Or at least another unexpected guest that'll end up finding him?))

Autumn Princess lay against the cold floor of the prison in which she resided. Her wings sprawled out underneath her, their delicate material rustling only when she breathed. Her arms reached out on either side of her, a silent gesture that said, "Fate, take me as I am". She wasn't sure why she was here, why her work to create the autumn was being prevented, but she knew it was for a reason. Fate put her in this cage, and it was her duty to accept it.
It was cold here, but she liked it. Her heart thudded dully in her chest, and she created a small breeze to whisk away her slight uneasiness. Even though she knew being here was where she was supposed to be, she was still afraid. What would happen to her? Was it time to die? She blinked somberly. If it was time, she would be fine with that.
She heard no one in the castle other than herself, her subtle breathing, and the rustling of the golden wings attached to her back. She simply waited for Fate to do with her what it would.

Dime: Self-Proclaimed Prince of Thieves
As he was making his way towards that jail cell where Ice King kept princesses hostage, Dime began wondering to himself of whether or not the Ice King had been there the whole time he was looting the place. The dungeon was the one room he had avoided during his robbing spree, it's possible for that guy to be stuck there trying to chat up some princess and fail at trying to get her to marry him. He needed to be prepared or else he'd get his butt frozen off. Dime stopped before he entered the room and pulled out a pair of sunglasses out of his pocket and took a single Magic Nail from his pouch. He sat down cross-legged on the floor and went to work as he held the nail to the bridge and took his nail hammer to lightly tap the nail into the shades focusing hard on what he wanted the result to be. As he finished, Dime took out a pair of pruning shears and cut the point off the nail so he wouldn't accidentally stab his face as he put on the shades. The appearance changed as the frame turned silver and the lens turned red, if this turned as he expected, then he should be able to shoot lasers out of these. Now wearing the sunglasses, Dime slowly crept with his laser specs glowing as he scanned the room and saw no sign of the Ice King. He groaned a little as he stood up straight. "Ugh, he's not here? I gave myself Laser Eyes." Dime started walking closer towards the jail cell to see if Ice King had already snagged himself a princess, which he did. He had to admit, she was kinda pretty, it'd just be wrong to leave her trapped here. And with her sprawled across the floor like that pretty much told him that she was either very bored or lost hope in someone saving her. Either way, he was sure he was gonna get her outta here. Dime approached the ice bars and grinned to her before saying, "Hi there, princess. You look like you need really need a savior to sweep you off your feet." Dime then looked to the lock on the door and shot a beam from his shades, melting the lock. He then pushed the cell door open, walked to the princess while removing his laser glasses, and offered her a hand to help her up. "Name's Dime."

"You are, what I need?," Autumn Princess asked the boy. She looked at his hand, extended to her. Scars crisscrossed it, and something stained it a brownish red. Despite the pain his hand looked to be in, it seemed sturdy and strong, something upon which she could depend. She put out her own dainty yellow hand, and held on tight as he pulled her up. "Thank you," she murmured. So this is what fate wanted with her. It wanted her to meet this boy.. She followed the spirit of autumn inside her heart and made a decision to trust this boy who saved her. Her staff lay on the floor, and she used the magic of wind to blow it into her hand. She was ready to go, wherever he wanted to take her.

Autumn Princess's heart thumped in her chest, speeding up at Dime's touch. She sat down at the head of the mattress, leaning back against him, her wings crinkling as she felt him release them and send them plunging into the white inferno below.
Despite her apathetic demeanor, the orange fairy smiled, and a giggle passed through her lips. It floated behind her, reaching Dime's ears as gentle as a soft breeze. She leaned forward, gripping the edges of the mattress as it skidded down the mountain and came to a stop at the base. She flew into the air, completing the end with a flip through the air, giggling.
Finally, she returned to Dime's side, her cheeks flushed with color and her eyes bright. "Thank you," she said, breathless, as her feet landed on the frozen ground.
