Remember to include detail,the more detail it has the better chance it has of being approved.(That doesn't mean i wanna read 2+ paragraphs). Make sure you make a post with your name as the topic, and your customs inside of it.
Rules:
1. All customs must be learned.
2. All customs must follow skills restrictions for your rank (So if you are a genin and make an S-Rank technique, you can't use it until you are a Jounin, sorry).
3. Customs do not count toward your jutsu cap.
4. You do not need someone to teach you a custom.
5. If you decide to share your custom then it will be placed in the master custom list and anyone can learn it without your help. You will then gain a new custom slot.
6. You are only allowed to know 15 Custom jutsu on any 1 character.
7. No Edo Tensei (Impure Resurrection Jutsu) like jutsu. Stay away.
8. Space altering/manipulating Jutsu are not allowed.
10. Time altering/manipulating Jutsu are not allowed.
Jutsu caps for customs ranks
You can only know 1 Custom SS-Rank jutsu at any given time.
You can only know 2 Custom S-Rank jutsu at any given time.
You can only know 5 Custom A-Rank jutsu at any given time.
You can only know 8 Custom B-Rank jutsu at any given time.
You can know as many C and D-Rank jutsu until the max limit of customs is reach.
This does not mean if you make an SS custom then you can't make more customs. I'm simply saying, you can only know 1 SS-Rank custom. Got it?
