Power Description:
Oreo has the ability of telepathy or hearing people's thoughts, but she is only able to hear them from a fifty-feet radius. Her power can be switched on and off at will and can be locked onto a number of people's thoughts at once; if she tries to read more than two mind, it can result in serious brain damage. In addition to this, people she hasn't seen before, but are in the radius of her probe cannot have their minds read. Those predisposed to mental conditioning, magics, or anything obscuring or shielding the mind in question can block, detect, or even possibly deflect the attack back at her. Also, Oreo's telepathy does not affect animals. More recently, a powerful piece of equipment called the deresonator is capable of nullifying her ability within the immediate vicinity of it.
The power of flight is also available to Oreo's disposal. Using her hoverboard, she is able to fly a distance of ten miles before it needs to recharge for approximately four hours. It runs using a battery so an EMF could easily discharge or destroy it from a distance. Its fragility makes it easy to bend or break because the outside is made of reinforced aluminium. The hoverboard is two and-a-half feet long by two inches wide that can go up to the speeds of sixty miles per hour. Despite the speeds, it is highly dangerous to go this fast because of the hazards of weather and obstacles along with the battery draining out unexpectedly faster.

Weaknesses:
One of Oreo's main weaknesses is her nearly nonexistent armor and being a normal human. She is just as susceptible to disease, aging, or wounds as anyone would be. Her signature lab coat doesn't protect against the cold, but to some extent can protect from chemicals, even if for a brief time. Also, her turquoise hair is easy to recognize and spot due to its color, so Oreo is easy to spot almost anywhere.
Pushing the limits of her ability, it can cause excruciating mental and potentially physical pain. When probing three or more minds, Oreo's brain becomes confused and begins to form a migraine. If overuse persists further, it can lead to coma, brain tumors, or even death. Also, devices meant to stop telepathy such as a deresonator can disrupt her ability indefinitely. Knowing only English, thoughts in different languages aren't translated into English and cannot understand them unless she knows them.
Her ability to fly is lost when its chassis is destroyed, the battery dies, or the wires inside are tempered with. When airborne, Oreo utilizes her surroundings to land. A sudden loss of power high up could be fatal.

Weapons:
For weapons, Oreo uses a medical scalpel or lancet for protection. Though small, her proficiency in using them can be quite deadly when used as a puncturing weapon. Against machinery, she is adept at disabling and disassembling them at close range.
While being precise and deadly at throwing scalpels, Oreo is relatively weak at close combat. Being able to correctly handle in both hands, she has poor coordination in her left arm and mainly uses her right.

Skills:
A young scientist still deciding on what she wants to be, Oreo works with the head scientists of Blitz Corporation. Her most prominent field is engineering, best seen with her hoverboards. Despite not being a major or specializing in any specific science, the experience in assisting the head staff and her studies at the Academy shapes her intelligence on the subject based on real-life observations. This means that whatever she is taught can be applied to her experiments.

Personality:
Oreo thinks she has good intentions but usually does more harm than good. An antisocial person as a result of little social interaction, Oreo fails to get along with most of the people she knows. Ignoring orders and commands, she generally does things on her own agenda and frequently gets into trouble because of it.
Despite being an adult, Oreo acts slightly more childish than her age. Her desire for knowledge and control makes her a good ally, albeit some repercussions.

History/Origin:
When Oreo was born, her mother, Galleta, worked for Blitz Corporation as the preceding Head of Genetics. Dr. Tom-Bone, newly recruited as the Head of Genetics assistant, started working with her shortly after her promotion. However, despite his cold demeanor, Dr. Tom-Bone had found himself attracted to Galleta, but when she declined his offer of love, Tom-Bone had taken her and mutated her into Experiment Zero so that she could always be his.
Bizcohito, on the other hand, hated Blitz Corporation from the start due to its shady nature, and warned Galleta to keep away from there months before her disappearance. However, she ignored him, and he disappeared following their fight, his whereabouts and status unknown to anyone currently. As Oreo was about two at the time of her mother's transformation, Ezekiel decided to send her to the Academy as her adopted father since Bizcohito informally disowned her and Galleta was all but human.
Run by Sabrina and Sebastian Zelinski, Oreo was part of an extensive learning program at the Academy, specializing in science and mathematics. As a child, Oreo didn't do her chores or homework during her school career and was often punished by Elizabeth Gutton, her standing guardian at the time. Due to this, she never experienced love or much social interaction except for close friends or the teachers and prefects.
In her teenage years, as a young, rebellious woman, she discovered her ability from a class experiment involving the altering of brain activity. Whether it was caused by a triggering of a dormant ability or the experiment itself, she was immediately put into a special training program designed to help polish her telepathy further. There was one other student who attended most of her programs named Monty Masters. Being almost a complete antithesis of his personality, Oreo often was ignored by him, but as study partner, they worked together well. Along with meeting Monty, she wished to distinguish herself from the rest of the Academy and permanently dyed her hair turquoise and gave herself a new nickname, Oreo.
Turning eighteen, Oreo thought about college and potentially work. Before leaving the Academy, Ezekiel confronts her and offers her a spot as top staff, working with the spokesperson Theron to broaden her knowledge further. She accepted the offer and went on to work for Blitz Corporation almost mindlessly but still retaining her teenage mindset. This again would be punished, but her usefulness outweighed her bad qualities so she haphazardly kept her position.
Oreo never found out what happened to her parents. Instead, she was told that her parents didn't want her and she was orphaned, having no other relatives. Due to this, she never considered anyone her parents nor loved anyone liked them.
