Shinboku Con Logo/Artwork Contest

---Rules:
* Artwork Must Be Submitted in an acceptable digital format in an Email to logocontest@shinbokucon.com by the deadline
Acceptable Formats: PNG, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, or PSD
Deadline: 12:00a.m. January 26, 2013 (EST)
* Must Include a Line Drawing & Color Drawing version of the same piece so it will be ready for advertisements and merchandise immediately after selection
* The submitted artwork must include the convention mascots
Red Haired School Girl (Required)
Dark Haired Vampire Boy (Required)
Bulldog (Optional)
* The submitted artwork should illustrate friendship
* The submitted artwork must be family friendly, presentable, and legal
No nudity
No suggestive poses
No illegal/inappropriate/suggestive/stolen/copyrighted material or content
If it is questionable- it probably isn't appropriate
* Any Logos/Artwork that is selected is considered property of the convention and will be used in a variety of applications, while the artist will be given credit for the work on the website, in the booklets and advertisements, it will be used (and potentially edited) in any way the convention committee sees fit and the prize awarded will be considered compensation

* First Place (Primary Logo/Artwork) $25 Gift Certificate to WWW.ThinkGeek.Com
Gift Certificate Code will be sent to the email the artwork was sent from
* Other Chosen Logos and Artwork $10 Gift Certificate to WWW.ThinkGeek.Com
Gift Certificate Code will be sent to the email the artwork was sent from
---Selection Process:
* The artworks that will be used will be selected during a convention committee meeting between January 26, 2013 and January 28, 2013
* The winner(s) will be notified on February 1, 2013 as the logos and artwork are revealed on the convention website, Convention Facebook Page, Convention Forum and Convention GaiaOnline Guild
* In the unlikely circumstance that a winner cannot be selected from the entries submitted for the primary logo/artwork (due to lack of submissions/acceptable submissions, etc), the primary logo/artwork will default to the kanji for Shinboku or other committee approved replacement
