I'm doing this now to make it official:

A AND B RANKS ARE CLOSED!!!!

I've had too many posts in the past of A and B ranks that had characters that were YOUNGER THAN 14!!!

To anyone's profiles I have approved that are younger than 14 and B rank, you may keep that rank, but please know this: PROMOTIONS AREN'T ALLOWED UNTIL YOUR CHARACTER IS AT LEAST 16!!!

From now on, there IS an age limit on A and B ranks, in addition to the requirement that ALL CHARACTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ARE REQUIRED TO GO TO A NINJA ACADEMY!!

If you make this academy yourself, or go to the academy thread, which I have now created, and where your RPC goes is totally up to you.

Personally, I think that this adds a bit more dynamic to RP and hopefully will allow some of you guys to talk and get to know each other.

I really want to get to know you guys and see you be active in this guild. I'm sorry if some of this seems mean or unnecessary, but it was something that I considered to be a problem in the past and I'm sorry if you feel that I'm picking on you.

I promise that isn't the case.

If any of you have questions about this, PM me personally, please. There's nothing worse than posting a problem your having with the guild IN the guild and making yourself look bad. I think I'm a pretty reasonable person and will gladly talk to you privately and see if we can reach a compromise or conclusion to the issue.
