Tactician Subclass
D e s c r i p t i o n:
Tactical ninja are few and far between the rarest of all the Shinobi within the Shinobi world. Yet they are one of if not the most important type of Shinobi in each village. Unlike most Shinobi who specialize in one specific aspect of ninja training, the tactician must learn and understand them all. The tactician is skilled in the art of knowing and predicting enemies’ actions as soon as or before they act.
S p e c i a l ○ N o t e s:
• Members of this subclass can learn almost any type of jutsu from almost every tree.
• The tactician is given a number of jutsu that he can spend on any type of jutsu he/she wishes.
• At each rank the user's are allocated points to spend among the jutsu tree.
• The users of this class cannot learn Kugujutsu.
• Regular Taijutsu and Bukijutsu styles cost 3 jutsu points. All regular Jutsu cost 1. Complex/Rigorous Taijutsu and Bukijutsu cost 6 points.

• Strategist - The strategist uses their advanced thinking process to formulate strategies in battle, with their gained knowledge of their techniques they are able to use jutsu by formulating handseals with a single hand. They can use two jutsus simultaneously by using a single hand for each jutsu, when used this way the jutsus are weakened by half a rank. (cannot use two jutsus that formulate from the same point of origin. Ex. can't spit fire and water at the same time or use the right hand to create two different jutsus of different origins.)
• Prodigy - The prodigy is born with an advanced mind and learns faster than most. This path allows the user to gain an additional -1 post to learn any jutsu. Along with the reduction the user also gains an additional [+10] chakra per rank.
• All Knowing - This path allows the user to tell just by a characters physical traits what kekkei genkai or clan their opponent(s) originates from (cannot predict what the opponent has learned only what they can learn).
S p e c i a l i s t:
• Technique Master - The ability grants the user more Jutsu points, by adding half of their original amount to their grand total for each rank. (At genin the total jutsu points received is 24, so you'd get an additional 12 jutsu points to spend bringing your total to 36)
