New Co-Ownership Agreements Thread 3/14/12

This is a co-ownership agreement between Nayci and Rockerwolfie1616 for Ephyra

Both Owners
1.) Sig rights
xxxxa. Once Rockerwolfie1616 obtains her breeding full rights will return back to Nayci.

1.) Rights to Ephyra’s first breeding
xxxxa. Partner should be geared towards a future lifemate. Discussion of a fling is possible but not desired.
2.) Should it be desired OOC RP off of gaia is allowed to determine a good fit for a love relationship.
xxxxa. If Rockerwolfie1616 thinks the RP would be good for official storyline she may contact Nayci so it can be posted as a log within the Soquili Era forums for stat purposes.

Rockerwolfie1616 understands that if she leaves gaia for more than six months without contacting Nayci this contract will be void. She also understands that she may give up her rights whenever. But she may not take full ownership herself at any point in time.

I am giving co-ownership of Miela to DarkenWoodWolf under the following agreement:

~ Both co-owners have signature rights.
~ DarkenWoodWolf has sole RP rights.
~ LydaLynn gets full rights to her first and third breedings.
~ DarkenWoodWolf gets full rights to her second and fourth breedings.
~ When there are three or more baskets in a breeding, the co-owner with full rights to that breeding will decide with the owner of the stallion the disposition of the third basket.
~ DarkenWoodWolf can choose Miela's breeding partners and/or lifemate.
~ If either co-owner fails to log onto gaia for 6 months or more the other assumes full ownership.
~ The co-owner with full RP rights agrees to make RP posts for the soq at least once every three months unless extenuation real life matters interfere and are explained to the understanding and acceptance of the other co-owner before the end of that three month period.
~ If this agreement is broken, any lifemate agreements will remain binding.
~ If the co-owner with full RP rights gets Miela's stats to 100% she will gain full ownership of Miela after the third breeding.

Co-Ownership of Verallys between ArashiX and S u r f For L o v e!

Surf may place Verallys in her teepee with a link to Arashi's, as that is where Verallys will be, with stats.

Surf gets full rights to Verallys' first breeding as well as RP privileges both IC and OOC. She has the right to choose a fling for Verallys, but any lifemating needs to be approved by Arashi (lifemating might be preferred, however, Verallys' personality can sway either way). Surf and the Stallion's owner can decide what to do with a third shell if there is one to be had!

Arashi has no rights to Verallys' first breeding.

Upon the completion and distribution of the shells from her first breeding, this co-ownership will automatically be dissolved and full ownership returns to ArashiX at that time!
