I had a question about the sub forums as well. If we'd like to add an anime/book series, can we donate to the guild for the right amount and then ask for the owner/captain to mod it into which series we'd like to add?

Cause I'd love to add Harry Potter to the set up~!

Hello, new here.
Wasn't sure where to ask questions so I figured I might as well ask them here.
Where do I ask for one of the tailed beasts?( Do I use a PM?) and also are we only allowed one tailed beast?( one jinchuriki character?) It'd be understandable but I'd like to know before I choose one.
