I know you said probably lifemate for her, but I can't resist trying... He's not the type to take a lifemate, but he would be a dedicated companion and lover, the type to visit and revisit, and always to love in his soft, quiet way.

He's a self-centered piece of work, a little spiteful and practically demands that everyone love him, but I think they'd make some really pretty babies. He has his moments of kindness, but think absolutely stuck up frat boy... who learns how to play the guitar, poetry, and a little philosophy to woo the ladies. He will always stick by those who earn his loyalty though.
(Though, I guess I should say that they are related, distantly. She's his half-grandaunt--his grandmother's half sister, so it's distant enough--and he's not a direct descendent of her--that it doesn't make me feel weird suggesting this, but I figured I should be upfront about that just in case.)

He's lovely, and I adore this plot, so I'd definitely be up for them! She's definitely a wandering spirit, content to be on her own, so I can see them dallying when they do meet up. I think she'd eventually settle on something exclusive, but until then, a girl can explore wink

Ahhhh, Woodhymn, I do love her so and Sweetvetch would love her dearly as well (as would his family should they meet).
re: Anemone/Miss Me in the Evening
I think at first, Miss Me in the Evening might be a bit of self-important jerk, but would come to respect her over time because of mysterious, patient strength. So I think it could definitely work out! He doesn't immediately like the smart ones (because he doesn't see the intelligence when they're not absolutely fawning over him), but when he finally sees it, he values them immensely.
re: Plum Blossom/Longed For
Longed For is a member of The Friends and, in a nutshell, a gentleman and lover, he is soft spoken and diplomatic, but not to be trifled with. He can be very classy and would treat a classy lady very well.
re: Quick to Kill/Plum Blossom
Eeek! I really like them together! I think Cornice would be okay as long as it was an exercise in being a manipulative a*****e, practice in running a long con. I think he's definitely less picky about the physical strength of his mates than Cornice; dalliances are dalliances, the only thing that really matters to him is the Oedipal (kind of) thing going on with Cornice, he's beloved mommy (also he doesn't have to give birth to them, so it doesn't really concern him). |
