Up All Night and Neighborhoods?

So Blink's new album finally has a release date, it's going to be called Neighborhoods and is going to be released Tuesday September 27th (USA) and they've already released a single from the album called Up All Night. If you haven't heard it yet, you should go look it up like now. So anyways, thoughts on new song or album or anythng? Mark Hoppus said the meaning of the name Neighborhoods is to show how a bunch of different neighborhoods make a city, like how the three of them are really different guys and when they come together they make something big or great.
