Shurami's Dorm

Eric glanced at Shurami once and then back at the tv screen wondering what was making her smirk like that. He was almost leaning forward now watching and waiting.

The scene comes to morning, where the runaway servant wakes to find the escaped man of the asylum at the foot of her bed pointing a pistol at her head.
Shurami continues to watch intently as the girl pleads for her life, and the escaped man puts his pistol at his side, grabbing the woman by her hair and pulling her out of the cabin, where there is very little cleared land, a forest, and a river. The man steps closer as the woman inches away from him in her position on the ground, and he grabs her neck from behind, holding her face inches above the wide river, questioning her on where she came from. When he learns it is the castle of the family who had him imprisoned in the asylum, he demands that she show him the way to the mansion, or be forcably drowned in the river. She agrees in a helpless plead and starts heading for the mansion, the escaped man following.
Shurami smiled as she took a quick glance at Eric, seeing that he was interested, and turned her attention back to the movie.

Eric was watching intently, nibbling on the outgrown nail on his thumb and sometimes licking his lips with his brows furrowed.
He glanced down at Shurami when she looked at him and smiled, ruffling her hair a little as they continued watching.
