"Discharge!" Lt. Surge shouted. As the Electivire passed through one of the "Maggy" it slammed its fist into the ground, releasing the built up electricity in the form of a massive dome of electricity spreading out from where its fist connected, consuming the battlefield.

And it did indeed hurt, as the Electivire toppled forward and hit the ground in a face plant, fortunately by now the Smokescreen thinned out, dissipating. "Hey, get up private! Don't let them make a fool out of the Surge army! Show them a real Earthquake!" Surge ordered. The Electric type, now grounded, would stomp on the ground himself, shaking the gym violently, it was amazing the gym was holding up to all these Earthquakes.

"Buddy, you did good...I salute you." Lt. Surge said with a salute. The Electivire winced as it skin burned, this really hurt, there wasn't much more it could take. So, like a true soldier, it did the next best thing, went down fighting as energy exploded around it. The Electivire would disappear in a flash and reappear behind Maggy throwing at her the most powerful punch it could conjure, putting everything into this Giga Impact.

The Electivire clashed with the Hyper Beam, pushing through it with all its might, but alas it couldn't make it to Maggy as the energy from the two attacks created a massive explosion, hurling back anything that caught in it, which included Electivire, and more than likely its foe. "Vire..." Mumbled the Electric type as it landed at Lt. Surge's feet, knocked out.

(Just going to make this simple and have Raichu be the last, screw logic.)

"Only my right hand man, the guy whose saved my neck while under fire many of a time, my fellow soldier, my first become...at attention, Raichu!" Lt. Surge cried out as he tossed out a Pokeball, the ball hitting the ground with a thud and releasing in a brilliantly display of electricity his most powerful and feared Pokemon, Raichu. "Rai rai!" The Pokemon chanted as electricity crackled from its checks. "Tell you what, one on one now, last one standing wins, no more switching, no more back up, a duel to the finish!" Lt. Surge shouted, Raichu grinning deviously in response, confident of its power.
