Trinity heard the others near by. She looked to Keleth and said, "Yes and that's also part of how I can do this…" She placed her hand on the ground. Her green trench cloak that she used to escape from Keleth's grasp earlier was violently sucked down into its shadow. She then pulled it out of the shadow underneath her hand. She put the garment back on despite the heat. "I've seen enough. Come, let me introduce you to the rest of our party." She lead the way toward where she heard the rest of the group.

Alec chuckled nervously, "I think she'll be okay. She's a much better fighter than I am. Besides, she'll go through the shadows if she gets into a bind, right?"

She found Nova and the others and she answered Alec's question, "You're right Alec. Allow me to introduce our newest member of our party, Keleth. She's quite the sparing partner."

"You're not covered in wounds..... You...clearly have no notion of what sparring means here Trinity. There always needs to be a victor"

He nodded to Kaleth. It wasn't the first time he'd seen here. After all he used to live here. She always did stand out since she wasn't the biggest around.

"I take it you've been taking good care of your weapon?"

Keleth squealed with joy and danced in place for a moment before following Trinity with a literal spring in her step.

She maintained her chipper demeanor as she was introduced and asked about her hammer by Nova. She had seen him before. There weren't many humans that could survive a marriage with one of her kind. She held him in high regard.

"Of course, Sir! I've even had some improvements made with the money I've saved up."

She then turned her attention to Alec and Kerana, who she noticed were holding hands. She squeed and hopped over to them.

"You guys are so cute together!"

She proceeded to wrap her arms around the both of them and crush them with an incredibly "friendly" hug.

"Oh! We're gonna be best friends!"

Alec was very puzzled by the dragon-girl's demeanor. She was nothing like any of the dragon-kin he had met thus far. She was...bubbly.

When she hugged he and Kerana, he let out a loud, "Hurk!" He strained to breath for a moment before he managed to wheeze out, "Please...stop..."

Trinity shakes her head and says, "It's good to see you too Nova." She watched as Keleth gave Kerana and Alec a group hug, whether they were willing or not. The group is lead by Nova to the front of his home.

"But then again Keleth here is a bit of an oddball among the Dragon-kin"

They made their way to Nova and Lexi's house. The design was surprisingly...human with two floors. It was even made of wood and stone. The wood it was made from was a bit different from normal. It was made from the trees that grew on the land here. The ones almost impervious to fire. It almost seemed to be a necessity. With a quick glance through the window you could see Lexi sitting inside smiling at something.

Nova stopped a few feet before the door. He looked down for a second. There was...a certain sadness in that look. He knew this could be the last time he saw both of them. He was half tempted to walk away. Closing his eyes he took a deep breath. After that he open the door.

Before he could even react he was jumped by what seemed to be a big ball of red. But he knew what it was.It held him tightly as he did the same.

"Daddy!" A young girl's voice squealed out. Nova slowly kneel'd so that she could stand. When the girl finally let go you could see her better. Nova's daughter was just like how he had described her. Big red eyes, long red hair combed over backwards that reached down to her knees. A big smile, little horns protruding from her head, not yet fully formed. A tail just about longer than her legs.

"You have no idea how hard it was to keep her here." Lexi said as she rested her head on her hands.

"I missed you too Ruby. More than you can possibly imagine." Nova said softly and gave her another hug and lifted her up with, her weight supported on one arm.

"Everyone...this is my pride and joy. My everything. Ruby." Nova said with a big smile but the sadness behind it was still there.

Keleth was happy to finally officially meet Nova's family. The look in Nova's eyes brought a twinge of dread to her heart, but she quickly painted a big smile of her own as she hopped over to the father and daughter.

"Hi Ruby, I'm Keleth. It is so nice to meet you!" she chirped.

Trinity smiled at the reunion yet noticed the sadness in Nova's look. It would truly be the last time. She kept her thoughts well hidden. "I can see why she's her pride and joy." she folded her arms with a smirk and a wink.

Alec smiled sadly while hidden behind his curtain of dark hair. He wasn't trying to hide out of fear or shame, but rather he was also trying to contain his emotions.

He turned around when he heard the little horn that he recognized all to well. He sighed, finding the fox-kin's candor all the more endearing. He turned back around before addressing Ruby.

"I'm pleased to meet you Ruby. I'm Alec, and the young lady behind me is my...best friend, Kerana."

"Hiheee." Ruby responded with a big smile at Kaleth."The boys often pull my hair because it's so long...." Ruby paused a bit almost if she were sad that this happened." But I always knock them down!" She planted her fists on her hips,puffed up her chest and stood as proud as she could. Which just looked adorable for a kid her age. Nova laughed a bit. " Why am I not surprised?"

"Yeah it's hard not to see why I love this little furball." Nova replied with a smile.

"I'm not a furball!" Ruby yelled out and lunged at Nova. But this time he side stepped her. She crashed into the ground. But like all Dragon-kin it didn't bother her. She got up and jumped at him again but this time she ran into an invisible wall that Nova put up. That did not stop her from punching and kicking it for a while.

"She does not get that from me."

Alex's introduction made her stop and looked at both of them with big eyes. She didn't know what to look at first. After all this was the first time she has seen their species. Both of their ears were different. On top of their heads. Almost triangular and covered in fur. Or their tails which were in fact fluffy. She went for the tails since they weren't out of reach for her.

"Hehe your tails look funny. And so fluffy!" She wanted to touch one but she knew it was rude to touch someone's tail." I'm Ruby!" She said happily and gave Kerana a hug. Which consisted most of her hugging Kerana's waist since she just wasn't that big yet.

"Don't cry."

"If someone makes you cry, just punch them!" Ruby said with a big smile and Nova made a audible sigh.

"There's a small stream behind the house or you could go inside." Nova replied.

Keleth chuckled and pumped her fist, "That's the spirit! And if you do it right, you make them cry."

Her eyes went wide as a wonderful thought occurred to her. She clapped her hand together and hunched down in front of Ruby.

"Omigosh, I just had the best idea! I could braid your hair to look like one of warrior queens from the stories! Would you like that?"

She turned her head over to Nova and grinned, "If it's okay with Dad, of course."
