Do you want you Jutsu added to the Guild List?Bloodline list for Prime Knight Description: The User first charges their weapon with their chakra, awakening the Tengu soul within the weapon. Once awoken, the Tengu soul converts the users chakra into it's own, visibly coating the weapon and the user in it. This chakra has two unique properties. The first is that due to it being the Chakra, and thus the life form of the Tengu soul, it's potency is comparable to a Demon hosts, granting the next jutsu a 50% reduction to the cost of the jutsu. Said jutsu to be used by the user uses this unique chakra as it's source. If the technique used, and thus this chakra, makes contact with an opponent, it latches onto them, forming an almost spectral link between the user and the target. For as long as the target remains within 10 ft of the user, they will be drained for 20cp a post, with the user gaining 1/4 of this amount added to their supply. If the target Dies while under this effect, then the Tengu soul will devour the targets soul, granting the user a +1 boost to 1 of their base stats of the users choice and the user will regenerate 50% of his maximum supply instantly. The user can only absorb up to 4 souls maximum, and the souls are slowly devoured by the Tengu, lasting only up to 1 month. At 2 Souls, the chakra drain is increased to 1/2, and the range is increased to 15ft. At maximum stacks, the chakra drain is 3/4 of the drained amount and range of the technique is 20ft.

Description:
By focusing the chakra into the vocal chords and performing a series of four hands signs the nin will start to yell out a large vibration that will start to surround a total of three people within a ten foot radius of each other. Unlike most sound ninjutsu that tends to play with the sense this focuses directly on the chakra in their bodies. The chakra inside their bodies will become increasing more controlled and fluent as it moves thru the body by increasing the strength of the next two ninjutsus by one rank. This ability only lasts for a total or three posts or until these two jutsu have been used.

Description:
By applying chakra into the ground via hands and feet planted firmly the user will summon tall four by ten feet rock tomes spread out in a circle around the battlefield. The circle of these tomes will spread out in a thirty foot radius around where the user had unleash the jutsu it self. These tomes will give off a seeming invisible vibration forming a connection to the other rocks beside it and a faint buzzing sound could be heard if you are inside this formation. As the user and the opponent stay within the circle the tomes will start to increase their vibrations over time until they had reached their peak which is at post five. Once this is reached the user with snap his fingers as the stones unleash a Ultra high pitched sound into the circle causing massive hearing loss and great amounts of vertigo to where the target will start throwing up voilently for two posts as well. Once this is done the tomes will either be destoryed by the mass vibrations or if the user pays A rank to keep out for five more posts than fall apart. The effect of the sound will not effect of the user but may throw them off balance alittle for the next post if they are caught inside as well. The jutsu itself can only be used three times a day or battle.

First one, bump it up to A-rank strength, and add a limitation to either the number of times it can be used in a fight, or the number of posts between usages. For the first i'd say around 3, for the second I'd say 5.
Second one, S-rank, User must remain in the circle to keep the jutsu going, and the snap of the fingers must be done from inside the circle also.

Description:By temporarily sacrificing their ability to regain chakra at an enhanced rate, a Prime Knight can choose to apply their normal out of Combat enhanced regeneration to a target in physical contact, allowing the target to regenerate Small injuries and large cuts and wounds instantly. Broken bones will set and heal in 2 posts and the user can regenerate at targets entire lost limb in five posts. The loss of Chakra Regen lasts for the full duration the user uses the technique, and then a further 2 posts after the technique ends.

xxxxxHISTORY In a time long since past, Several beings of great power emerged. Referred to as the Tengu, they walked among the earth alongside the mortal man, wielding powers that rivaled that of gods. While they themselves disappeared, their descendants lived on, passing on their power, albeit weaker with each generation. However, the Single exception to this were the Descendants of the God Tengu, Izanami. Due to a combination of his own strength, and from the love of the people he guided, his blood, no matter how thinned out it became, always contained a portion of his own soul, letting him forever guard the mortal souls he once loved, and who once loved him. This Portion of the Tengu's soul granted his Descendants powers beyond the mortal body, giving them a form of immortality through never aging, and inhuman chakra regeneration at the cost of Consuming a large portion of the inheritors own base chakra supply, forever reducing it to a level equal to the weakest of shinobi. As the blood diluted, eventurely other bloodlines began to manifest alongside the God tengu's, with each working in unison with Izanami's blood, as if the soul of the tengu himself was helping it bond. This Inheritors eventurely came to be know as the Prime Knights, due to them never aging past their Prime, combined with their ability to never falter in battle, forever fighting for their cause.
xxxxxDESCRIPTION
A Prime Knight is an individual whose blood can be traced back to one of the 13 Tengu of old. While many people have trace amounts the tengu in their blood, much like the Takahashi bloodline, A Prime knights blood is considered the most Pure, containing anywhere from 50% to 90% Tengu blood, making them a near enough direct descendant. This power manifests itself as not only a Powerful Chakra regeneration at the cost of a small chakra pool, but also as them being born with the Tengu portion of their soul being born into a weapon, allowing them to access the full potential of a Tengu in a semi-mortal form.
xxxxxRULES • A Prime Knights has a very limited chakra supply, but a powerful chakra regeneration effect.
• All Techniques have increased costs to a Prime Knight.
• Your main weapon is both a powerful tool and a part of who you are, if your weapon is destroyed, then so are you.
• Prime Knights are Immortal, meaning they don't age past their prime and are immune to disease and illness. This also grants them regeneration of none fatal wounds when outside of battle due to the chakra regeneration being used in combination with the bodies ability to naturally heal wounds to speed up the process as well as enhance it.
xxxxxWEAKNESSES • Due to the limited chakra supply, Prime Knights have difficulty performing high amounts of sustained damage in a short amount of time, and as such require time to recover their chakra between attacks, forcing a burst attack style of combat.
• Prime Knights cannot use either genjutsu, Elemental techniques, or Taijutsu styles, making them easier to predict in combat due to the limited range of combat techniques available to them.
• Your weapon contains apart of your soul, and is linked to your own life force. If it is destroyed, then this link is shattered, killing you instantly.
xxxxxSTRENGTHS • Their Higher Chakra Regen allows them the potential to stay in a fight indefinably.
• A Prime Knight is nearly unmatched in their main weapons use. This allows them to Utilized the style of combat of their main weapons with little to no effort.
• Incredible feats of strength as they learn to adapt their power into their muscles. (+1 Base strength at every rank up.)
xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Vessel of Power
A Prime Knights Base Chakra supply is 100 cp, and is increased by 25cp every rank up. No other boost can effect this amount. However, in compensation to this, they have massive chakra regeneration capabilities, being capable of regenerating 20cp a post in combat, and 40cp a post outside of combat. An added factor of this unique chakra set up is that all Techniques have increased costs. The costs are as follows:
AS: 5
G: 10
C: 15
SJ: 20
J: 25
S: 50
SS: 90
• Tools of Power
A Prime Knights main weapon contains the Tengu portion of their own soul, and is a weapon they are both born with and grows with them. As such, their skill with this weapon is nearly unmatched. The Single style given to them by the class required for this bloodline MUST be a weapon style designed for your weapon, however, you maybe use each stage of your rank or lower for no cost, and those of a higher rank for 50% of the chakra cost. The Weapon their are born with is a Custom weapon applied for in the custom weapon forum. At every rank up, the user may reapply the weapon with either a new added ability, a stronger version of a previous ability, or a new form to take in combat (a simple short sword grows into a great sword, etc).
• A Bond of Blood and Power
When landing a blow on an opponent with a Technique applied to your Weapon, your Passive chakra regeneration is Doubled for 1 post. This effect can only be used once ever 5 posts.

xxxxxRESTRICTIONS • Must be Freelancer Class
• Second bloodline granted by the Class cannot be any bloodline that either forces a class, is granted by an arc, or is deemed to powerful in combination with this bloodline by the crew.(Rinnegan, Prophets, etc)

Description: Though the style of the jutsu is katon, this jutsu is not meant to be used for offensive purposes, nor defensive. The sole purpose of this jutsu is to spread the user's seals around the battle field. The user will first become surrounded by a weak aura of flames, then when desired, the flames will shoot outward in every direction like 5 mini fireballs propelled away from it's point of origin. Once it touches a solid object, the flames will imprint the surface with the Uzumaki's Flying Thunder God seal. Though the jutsu is not meant to be used on people, if someone were to be hit, then the seal would be on their clothes or bare flesh.
Rules:
- Can't be used on metallic, wet, or sandy surfaces.
- If the terrain is shifted using an earth jutsu, then the above rule is taken into effect. Though things like imprinted trees or boulders will not be affected.
- Cool down of 5 posts.
- Imprints can't be washed away, as they are burned on the surfaced. Imprints on a human or creature will go away in 3 posts, unless healed by a medical ninja.
- Boosts in fire jutsus add +2 fireballs for each rank.

Description: This jutsu can only be used after an opponent is caught in the 'Chaos Release: Chaotic World' genjutsu. After performing a series of hand signs while visible to the opponent, the user has a few seconds before the genjutsu takes effect, giving them time to add any artistic flair to add to the effect if they so choose. Once the few seconds pass, a Slow moving wave of decay spreads from the user in every direction, causing plants and trees to wither and die, and wildlife to age to dust. If an opponent is hit by this wave, they will feel see their body start to age at an accelerated rate, tricking the opponents mind into believe that they have aged. This technique lasts for 5 posts before dispelling it's self. Every post after an opponent is hit by the wave, they will age 20 years and reduce their speed by 0.5.
- Ravenous thingy: Well... I'm iffy about this one. I know the most one can have as a Prime Knight is 200 chakra points, but they can already regenerate 20cp per post. Adding to that just by touch is a bit excessive. Denied.
- The Giving God: Lack of cohesion to the actual bloodline. I know it's not much, but giving the PRime Knight's a healing ability while not a Medical Ninja would be stepping on the lines that separate the classes. Denied.

Description: Considered the Building blocks for the Chaos release style of Genjutsu, it creates an illusion of a world in chaos, where the world around both the user and those this Genjutsu is cast on seems to constantly shift, such as trees De-aging at an alarming speed, or by the night and day shifting without any discernible Pattern. On its own this jutsu just creates the first layer of the genjutsu, which is the world, with further Chaos release Genjutsu adding to this world, and adding further layers to the genjutsu. Each layer must be broken out of separately. This foundation layer will remain in effect until broken out of.

- Reduce to 10 cp and approved.
- Giving God: Still denied. I know they are forced into a class, but it's not exactly a weakness. I'm going to stick with my decision in order to keep the classes separate. If I approve this, it provides leeway for others of this bloodline to say, "Well, since I am forced to become a Free Lancer, I should be able to control a puppet. Maybe use a few medic skils."

Description: This technique can only be used if Chaos Release: Chaotic World is in effect, but cannot be layered with "Chaos Release: Time Decay's All". After performing a series of hand-signs while the opponent is watching the user, The world will seem to stand still, leaves stopping mid fall, all except the opponent and the user freeze in place, and Any attacks either party has launched within at least 5 seconds of the techniques activation hang in the air. Any further Attacks launched will move a few feet forward for around 2 seconds before quickly slowing to a stop, making it difficult to discern when an attack will hit them or whether their own attacks will hit the target. In reality all attacks and uninvolved parties are moving fine. This Genjutsu lasts for 5 posts.
