The city of Dwinrow was once home to the powerful Remsob. After a few hundred years of dominance over the planet they got to powerful for their own good and destroyied themselves. As punishment for their ways the gods damned their souls and so the wastand of their home is haunted with the Ghosts of the Remsobs.
